Great location in the marina, clean and comfortable.

Jessica was there to greet us at check-in and showed us all we needed to know about the place. It was very roomy and bright. The pool was clean and well maintained and right outside our door, but in shade most of the day. The downside....this was advertised as a B & B, which in our part if the world means that a breakfast is made for you. This was more a continental breakfast in that a loaf of white bread was provided with jam and peanut butter. There was a container of pastries which were quite dry and not appealing and a bowl of fruits that were a bit past their prime. We were travelling with our small dog and Jess was thoughtful to have a food and water dish down and ready for him. All in all we enjoyed our stay, Puerto Aventurus has lots of restaurants and bars to explore and enjoy.

Beautiful Property in secure location

Jessica was a wonderful host. We got in late and she was extremely flexible with staying up for us. Her condo is beautiful and clean. There is a marina with an OXXO, many restaurants and beach within walking distance. We walked late at night and felt safe. A simple 5 min walk up to the community entrance and there is a taxi stand and a collectivo stand. The breakfast that the owner made for us in the morning was wonderful and thoughtfully made up on the balcony. She had a book of local attractions set up for suggested things to do. She wasn't intrusive in our stay and even though she was there we never saw her or felt uncomfortable at all. It was a wonderful experience all around.

This B&B is just on the Puerto Aventuras marina which boasts many international restaurants, boutiques, Dolphin Discovery, dive stores, grocery stores and so much more. Golf and tennis facilities are also close by.

Located in the center of the Riviera Maya with the towns of Playa Del Carmen, Akumal and Tulum close by. Along the coast there are many stunning beaches, cenotes (sink holes….great for snorkeling and swimming), the ruins of Tulum and Coba, Eco Parks of Xcaret, XelHa and Exlor and much more!

This apartment has all you need and more for the most fantastic vacation here in paradise!
