The property has undergone a complete renovation and today provides stunning accommodation with views across a two acre garden. OWNER ONLY TAKES FRIDAY ARRIVALS FOR 7 DAYS. The cottage is situated on the edge of the hamlet of Black Bourton, which dates backs to 1086. Internally, there is an open-plan living room and dining area with French doors that lead out to the terrace, as well as a fitted kitchen. There is one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC. Outside has shared use of a landscaped garden area, an enclosed terrace with furniture and a barbecue provided. The owner, who is a garden designer, is also a keen horticulturalist and is very happy to sell plants in addition to eggs and homemade preserves. Off road parking is available. Garden Cottage is the perfect spot for those interested in historical landmarks.
