Updated 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex-bungalow in a VERY QUIET and ESTABLISHED residential tree lined street, 2 blocks from South Pearl Street. Walk to light rail train station @ Louisiana-Pearl stop, which will take you directly to and from Downtown, Union Station and access to Denver International Airport.

CENTRAL LOCATION * PRIVATE/ GATED 2 CAR PARKING:

Walk to Washington Park and DU, 2 blocks to some of the best restaurants and shopping in Denver at South Pearl Street- including Park Burger, Sushi Den, Kaos Pizza, coffee shop Steam and 5 Green Boxes, among others.

The local Farmer's Market is held every Sunday between May and November, and the closest grocery shop is Safeway (3 min drive) and Sprouts and Whole Foods is a 5 min drive from the house.

Renovated and updated 1906 brick original duplex, original floors throughout the house, WI-FI, central AC- Heating, Washer and Dryer. As you walk up to the landscaped and paved walkway, you are greeted by a very inviting swing in the porch entrance area.

Living Room:

The living room is filled with morning natural light, a very comfortable couch and 2 seating chairs, the perfect reading nock by the window. Pls note -This property does not have a TV. (There is great internet to stream Netflix, etc)

Bathroom-Luxurious-Carrara Marble:

New Designer, custom high-end finishes, filled with natural light, glass shower, 2 shower heads and a large custom carrara marble vanity- Gorgeous!....

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully stocked, has a very cozy and comfortable sitting-eating nock area for 2 -3 people with a window view to the beautiful completely updated backyard. The kitchen is equipped and updated with granite countertops, new cabinets appliances, utensils, including an expresso machine; (if you don't feel like walking the 2 blocks to one of many coffee shops)

Renovated Backyard:

The newly renovated COMPLETELY PRIVATE backyard is paved and features a water fountain, grill and dining area as well as a shaded lounging couch that comfortably accommodates 6-8 people, making it an entertaining, drinking your coffee/reading a book/ and relaxing to the sound of water paradise.

Carport Parking for 2 cars:

The backyard also leads to a new PRIVATE / ENCLOSED/ SECURED/GATED carport suited for 2 cars.

Bedroom 1:

The master bedroom has also been updated and features a very comfortable queen size bed, fresh luxurious bedding and linens, and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2:

The 2nd bedroom is set up as an office & guest bedroom; it features an office area with a desk and a futon that folds into a full size bed. There is a closet , fresh linens and blankets are provided.

About Adam and Cristina Wells

We are husband and wife duo living in the Platt Park area here in Denver, Colorado. After 3 long years of remodeling (the ugliest house on the block) we have created (in our opinion) the perfect city bungalow. Lots of sweat, drilled fingers and tears (yes tears...of joy when it was all done!) It all went into our beautifully updated 800 sq. ft. bungalow located in the heart of South Pearl St area, where we enjoy a 3 minute walk to restaurants, shops, farmers markets and seasonal Festivals. We love jogging to Washington Park, and regularly walk from the house to the light rail train Downtown, Union Station and (just recently) Denver International Airport, saving ourselves from parking headaches.

                                                  Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Denver. This bungalow has been lovingly renovated, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. On street parking was always available. It is also within walking distance of amazing South Pearl restaurants and shops and Platt and Washington Parks. I look forward to staying at this location again the next time I visit Denver.

                                                  This Platt Park Bungalow is truly the perfect location! Walking distance to great places to eat and lots of entertainment! Easy walk to Denver University! The bungalow is well stocked and has the PERFECT backyard for entertaining! We will definitely be back! Quaint and Quiet!!! The water feature in the back was pleasant and we loved how the patio had the perfect ambiance!

                                                  We loved staying here! A perfect small city home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is walking distance to great restaurants and bars in Platt Park and very close to light rail allowing easy access to many parts of the Denver metro area. The home was very clean, quiet and perfect for 2-3 people. Although we were here in the winter, the outdoor patio would be fabulous for hosting and grilling in warmer months. The owners were very friendly and made our stay seamless and easy. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!
