The holiday home is situated at walking distance (300 m) from the village "Pigi" for your daily shopping. The region offers countless recreational activities during all periods. The holiday home is situated at a short drive (4 km) from the North coastline with sandy beaches at "Platanes" or (2,5 km) at "Sfakaki" where you find crystal clear sea. Located near the bustle of Rethymno town center with its Venetian harbor, near historical sites to visit, gorges and caves to explore, the Cretan countryside with its magnificent nature, there is something for every taste, so that your vacation truly is pure enjoyment.
The villa is a ground floor accommodation for 6 persons. The entire inside living area is situated on one level.
- 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom.
- 2 bathrooms: one bathroom with bath, WC, basin & washing machine and a second WC with basin.

- Large tiled patio around pool with relaxing sun lounges and parasol. There is soft lightning in and around the pool/garden area for the evening.

Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, air-conditioning unit (cool/heat), large mirror, shutters, mosquito shield and 1 safe.
LIVING AREA
The living area consists of a spacious open plan living room. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a triple and double sofa, a world radio and SMART TV offering ASTRA satellite connection for the foreign channels. There is also an air-conditioning unit (cool/heat) and an open fire place in the sitting area.
KITCHEN
The holiday house offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with freezer, dish washer, micro wave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and drying rack.
* Beds made with sheets and blankets. Also kitchen and bath towels are provided. With a stay of more than 7 nights, extra sheets / towels are provided depending on the length of your stay. Set of 2 medium and 2 large bath towels per person.
