You access the villa on street level, where you'll find the private garage for one car. Laundry area with a washing machine.



GROUND FLOOR

One floor up you'll reach the ground floor with a bright living room with a fireplace and Smart TV.

Direct access to the terrace with outdoor furniture and a parasol—perfect for alfresco dining on warm summer nights, all while enjoying breathtaking sea views!

Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and direct access to the terrace.

On this floor there is one double bedroom, and one full bathroom with a shower.



FIRST FLOOR

- Master bedroom: a spacious suite featuring an ensuite bathroom with a double sink and douche, a walk-in closet, and stunning sea and forest views from the large window.

Other must visit beaches are: Cala Sant Francesc and Cala Sa Boadella.



Blanes town center is less than a 5-minute drive away, where you’ll find a marina, a vibrant promenade, great restaurants, and local shops.
