Exactly What I Needed
I used the tiny house as an inexpensive temporary living arrangement for myself while moving my family to Washington. It was perfect. And, I would absolutely recommend this for vacationers. Friendly, down to earth staff. Beautiful surroundings. Good way to get away.
It was GREAT to Host you Brian! Our Privilege and I hope you consider us again should you visit again!
Lovely place. Clean & cozy. Right on the creek.
Easy to find. Quiet peaceful area. Would stay here again.
Perfectly simple and relaxing!
This is the cutest little place... we are from Las Vegas and came to Wa for our granddaughters first birthday... we were comfortable wanted to try something different than the usual hotel... the creek was very relaxing.... the only issue was the tiny mirror in the bathroom... solution we bought a bigger mirror and left it there.... would definitely stay there again!!!
Awesome Unique CLEAN Experience
To complete the review title, I'd say the grounds around the home were spotless, the outside of the home was spotless, the inside was perfect! As for awesome and unique, anyone that has watched any of the "tiny homes" shows probably has some curiosity about the places. Well, this one will not disappoint. It is exactly what you see. A tiny home with all the amenities of a typical home. In addition, the uniqueness is that Dean has made the inside and outside a very quaint place with awesome decor. I'll spoil a little by saying my wife and I love the coffee bag under-counter storage covers and the detail in the stitching!
Now, the rest of my personal opinions set in chronological order as we experienced them. First, a little background. My wife and I traveled in separate cars because we were shipping one off to Korea, where we live and are now, and the other to drive back to Yakima. Both cars fit easily next to the home. I told her that I had a surprise for her. We drove up to the very nice general store. I was concerned about dusty areas but it was not dusty at all. The ladies were super friendly and helpful. They had a big smile when I told them where we were staying. We filled out 1 short form and were sent on our way. When we drove up to the home my wife had the biggest smile ever!! We had to take tons of pictures of course. As we stepped onto the quaint entrance we felt a sense of "The little old lady who lived in a shoe" story book feel. So very cool!!! The inside was delightful. Coffee, breakfast bars, tea, and all the dishes you'd need for a stay were provided. We decided we loved the idea. The interior was perfectly appointed with cabin type decorations. The steps to the loft had cool bolts and grippy stuff so you won't slip. We loved the fireplace (didn't use the heat of course). The little fan that was provided was plenty even though it was warm and humid outside and I always need a/c but not that night!! That was an amazing surprise. The shower and bathroom were just right. The bed was very comfy and I'm used to thick pillow top stuff. The sunlight above the bed was nice to wake up to. There is a curtain if you want to block out the sunlight.
Overall impression is I absolutely will stay there again and I have already recommended it to many others. Why stay in a boring hotel when you can sit and visit about a tiny home. Everyone I tell about our experience is envious!!
Lastly, thank you, Dean!!
Very nice stay and we could experience tiny house living.
Thanks for a lovely tiny home. I was concerned about the hot weather and no a/c but it was never an issue!! Slept well every night, great mattress!
So glad you had a good time and that the weather was not too hot. The coolness from the cold creek water and the shade from the surrounding trees cools it a lot.
That's an 8" Memory Foam mattress. I'm glad you liked it!
I hope we can see you again sometime!
Such a cute little home along the creek. Could not have been more perfect!
