Gibbs and Wolf House rhymes with beach, sun (3oo days a year) and idleness ... in the south of the Algarve in Portugal. Olhão is a fishing village where life is good (46,000 h) located in the heart of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, a famous and protected site, preserved from urbanization and concrete.
Gibbs and Loup House is a typical Portuguese house, nestled in the historic district of Olhão, with ancient cobbled streets.
Our house is comfortable and welcoming and overlooks two streets to offer you a parking space.
No pets allowed. Smoking only on the terrace.
Not designed for people with reduced mobility.
You will enjoy playing idleness on the terrace because of the 300 days of sunshine in the year.
At your disposal: 2 beach umbrellas, towels and beach towels (fouta)
Children are welcome ATTENTION all the time on the stairs that lead to the terrace AND on the terrace, the parents remain responsible.

GIBBS AND LOUP COVER ... DESCRIPTION:
House of full foot understanding 4 air-conditioned rooms with each a bed of 140x200, new bedding, a very big bathroom with double basin, a bath-tub, a shower, toilet and bidet. In addition, a bathroom is located in the inner courtyard under the stairs leading to the terrace. A living room dining room furnished with a sofa 3 places, 2 armchairs and a round table that turns into an oval. The whole house is served by a very large central corridor. A patio, a courtyard with barbecue. A staircase leads to the terrace overlooking each side of the house.

Around the "Moradia" 5 minutes walk:
If you move on foot, bike, train or ferry, vehicle not needed.
* fish market, fruit and vegetable market every morning in the halls; the most typical market is Saturday morning with all local producers.
* on the seafront, esplanade of restaurants, bars and jazz music.
* Ferry to the islands facing the port where you can visit: Armona and Culatra (15 minutes), Farol Island (35 minutes) with bars and restaurants on site.
* Historic city center with ancient cobbled streets where you can enjoy its authentic inhabitants and Portugal.
* In August, fruit festival.

- A kit of conviviality food and household: we ask for the following vacationers to replace the finished products.

MANDATORY: Deposit of 500 €

Deposit = 50% of the rental price upon subscription, the balance 45 days before your arrival.
Cleaning not included: 60 € extra
Before you leave, remember to remove the sheets from each bed used and put them in piles on the floor in front of the washing machine and of course, to leave the dishes clean and tidy as well as the kitchen appliances. The courtyard barbeque cleaned.
