The lovely and spacious RED STUDIO, fully renovated on 2016, is in the heart of Rome, near the Coliseum, the Roman Forum and many other tourist sites such as the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano.
It is in the pleasant residential neighborhood, one of the seven hills of Rome, where you can appreciate the real Roman way-of-life, and just a short walk from Termini train station, connected no-stop with both airports.

It is very easy to walk around the city and walk to the city center. It is just two metro stops to Termini station, 5 stops to Trevi s Fountain and 8 stops to Vatican-St. Peter (15 from home).

The apartment is in an early 1900 s restored building, very elegant safe and quiet, and it is really BRAND NEW!

Private entrance, few steps down from the front door, you will NOT share the apartment with anyone else!

It's a charming, colorful flat, with cozy design, bricks ceiling (3.5mt height), entrance, big room with queen size double bed and one sofa bed both with latex mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.

Fun stay but far from most attractions

We enjoyed our stay at Flavio’s apartment which itself was very comfortable and had most things we needed. The washing machine was broken unfortunately though and we had saved all of our laundry for doing at this location. It ended up costing us a lot of money to have done elsewhere. The apartment is at least a 20+ minute walk from any major attraction, so I would advise staying somewhere closer to any of these if that is the primary reason for your trip. But it is right across the street from a fantastic restaurant called Marco G’s. Go there!!

Small but packed with everything you need!

The four of us stayed here one night before moving to the yellow room. We were amazed how well appointed it is. Paolo was a perfect host! Great location near the metro Manzoni stop!
