Bra lägenhet, bra terrass med såväl stolar som solsängar. Fin utsikt, nära till allt. Tyst och rent. Det negativa var att köksfläkten inte fungerade samt att det inte fanns någon krydda alls. Normalt sett finns åtminstone salt. Det saknades tvål/duschgel i badrummen vilket alltid funnits i andra lägenheter vi bott i.

Great location, lovely apartment.

This was our second stay at this apartment. The location is perfect, overlooking the beach with restaurants, bars and shops all around. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped, has comfortable beds and a terrace which has sun until mid afternoon. There is a thoughtful welcome pack and easy check in with a key safe.

Amazing location

Amazing location, with an exceptional balcony overlooking the beach. Everything you need is within a few hundred metres. Quite dated. No air-con in the main living room. Quite difficult to get the hot water consistent - which is a challenge with a family of 5.

El departamento es muy lindo y comodo, lo mejor es la terraza con vista al puerto y la playa. Me parecio pobre el equipamiento y que no me dejaran cosas básicas como jabón de mano, rollo de cocina etc. El agua de la ducha ppal no tiene fuerza y casi todos los dias nos bañamos con agua fria. Otro problema es el agua de la cocina, imposible de regular.

Brisa Marina Apartment

I was diasppointed with the apartment as it had a number of issues that spoilt our stay there. The first issue was broken Sun Beds that we could noy lay out on. These were replaced, but took 2 days . There was then a power cut and okay these things happen , but as a consuqence we had to have cold showers every day, even though we reported this on numerous occasions , it wasn't acted on. In general the property could do with updating and some better quality Furniture on the Balcony. To enjoy the wonderful views . We will not be booking this apartment again

Arrived at the property Bathrooms have mold in the tubs Hot water doesn’t run efficiently… gets cold faster One AC in the room was leaking… when we arrived there was a dirty towel all wet at the entrance of that room Property manager very upset when we tried to reach Expedia to complain . Has a property manager she should be available for emergencies. After all we pay for almost a 5 star hotel room And conditions were not ideal Except for the view and restaurants around

Unfortunate situation

The apartment was nice, in a great location. Generally comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we had a major issue with the water. When showering, the water went from excruciatingly hot to freezing cold. The manager did respond to our concerns, however the problem was never fixed despite us staying in the apartment for 2 full weeks. This was obviously frustrating to my family, especially the kids. For over 24 hours they accidentally cut off the hot water and we had only cold. We also had a large cockroach incident, but they sent an exterminator the next day. Overall a nice place, but the water situation was extremely annnoying and I’m still not sure they understood or cared about how problematic it was for our family of 5 to struggle to shower every day. Thumbs down

Amazing!

This apartment is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in! It was even better than it looked in the photos. I had wondered whether the road outside would be noisy but it wasn’t at all. It is mostly pedestrianised with very few vehicles passing by at all. It is very spacious inside and has the benefit of the large balcony looking down on the beach. There are views of the sea from the sitting/dining room and even the kitchen. The apartment was incredibly well equipped and our basic (free) welcome pack even had both dishwasher tablets and a washing machine capsule! Everything you could need was right outside the door - sandy beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is a wonderful bakery a few minutes walk away too, Panaderia Payeras, where we bought bread and pastries for our breakfasts. Check in is done online before arrival and access is via a key safe box. I sincerely hope to stay there again.

Great place right on the beach

Great location. Parking was easy to find nearby. Huge selection of restaurants. Balcony is great. Lots of space for clothing in each bedroom. We like to cook, the kitchen served our basic needs.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay as the property was in the heart of things in Puerto Pollensa. We found it clean and adequate for our purposes. We would have liked a change of sheets during our week there and found the 'welcome pack' about as small as could have been possible but overall it served our purpose well and we would rent it again.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is large, clean and spacious and is made extra special by the huge terrace and beautiful view of the sea and mountains. It was perfect for myself, my husband and our 3 children (ages 15,12 and 9)

We really enjoyed our latest location in Port de Pollença, clean and tidy very comfy beds and pillows. Amazing view to wake up to each day. With the beach a stones throw away we were able to just roll onto it when we chose to and the kids loved the freedom. The apartment had everything we needed to make our holiday really comfortable

Stunning view

This apartment was in the most ideal location. Two minutes walk from the square, across the road to the beach, 10 minutes to pine walk, five minutes from large supermarket. The beds were lovely and comfortable and we had everything we needed in the apartment. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
