Woodrun Lodge 516 1BD+Den; 2 full bath Slope-side Retreat -- Enhanced Cleaning -- Free Parking-- Great Location: far enough from the noise of the village yet a few minutes by a free bus service or walking approximately 10 minutes to the center of the village.

Enhanced cleaning with disinfectant performed by excellent, professional cleaning company; all bedding and towels washed and dried at high temperature in commercial laundry (not in in-home washer and dryer).

Fresh mountain air; amazing views from the top; fun and relaxing atmosphere are included in the price and waiting for you! :-)

This Woodrun Lodge 1 Bedroom+Den, 2 bath condo (sleeps up to 4 total occupancy; 3 adults maximum) is conveniently located right next to Merlin's run on Blackcomb mountain, making it a TRUE SKI-IN and OUT location, yet in 10 minutes walking distance to the Village and just steps from the Upper Village stroll with restaurants and shops; it is very close to Summer attractions and playgrounds for kids on Blackcomb base; just one mile from Lost Lake beach and trails. This is truly an excellent location for all seasons!

It has been extensively renovated and upgraded in the Summer 2016 with new, bright and functional kitchen with new appliances; new bed with king mattress in a master bedroom; a memory foam double mattress in the Den room; new electronics and much more!

The master Bedroom has a king bed with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress and Smart TV.
There is a bunk bed in a Den room- a double bed on the bottom with a memory foam mattress; twin bed on the top; sleeps up to 3; up to 2 adults/teenagers- it is a small room, suitable mostly for kids who usually love bunk beds.
The sofa-bed in the living room makes an additional sleeping option.
For teenagers we recommend sleeping on the lower bed of the bunk bed and/or on the sofa-bed in the living room.

The Kitchen has been completely re-designed: it became bright, modern and functional, with new, high-end stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, stainless steel kitchenware.

The dining area has a table for 4 and 2 high chairs.

Enjoy a private setting while watching on a 50" Smart TV in the living room.
There is a sound system with Bluetooth capability- you can stream your favorite music from smartphone.

Free Wi-Fi internet is available in the entire building and pool area.
Free long distance calls to US and Canada from the phone in the condo.

Wide windows open into a beautiful yet private view of evergreen trees. The same view will greet you in the balcony- enjoy the fresh mountain air (absolutely NO smoking including cannabis!).

The master bathroom has a full bath; the second bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
Hair dryers are in each bathroom.

There is an in-suite laundry with washer and dryer; laundry detergent provided.

Enjoy a Heated pool and a huge (one of the largest in Whistler) Hot Tub after a day on the slopes! There is also a gym room if weather is not supportive for outdoor activities :-)

The parking is FREE, in a gated underground garage. There is a separate parking area for oversized vehicles.

There is a lockers room for skis/snowboards and a separate locker room for bikes.

Smoking of anything, including tobacco or cannabis is absolutely not allowed in the condo and the entire Woodrun property.

The condo was great! The second bedroom is very small with little storage and no window, but it worked for a single person. It’s on the fifth floor with a nice view of the woods and the elevator was nice and fast. The only downside was we were not allowed to bring skis into the condo which made it very inconvenient to pack and unpack since I wrap clothes around my skis for protection. Also, the hot tub jets barely worked. The ski-in and ski-out is true but you need to walk up a flight of steps to get in/out. There is only one way up the mountain (blackcomb gondola) and every morning was a very long line. One day we waited over an hour, so be ware.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The complex is well situated right on one of the lower slopes just above the Blackcomb gondola. It was perfect for our family ski vacation. Would definitely stay there again.

Great base for our ski holiday!

I stayed here with two teens. Condo was as advertised, and we were able to ski in/out in spite of poor snow conditions. Note that the second bedroom is small and has no windows (didn’t bother my teens at all ;-) ) Unit was well equipped, clean, and everything worked as expected.

Truly enjoyed our visit to the Upper Village Condo. Ski in-out was excellent and so nice not to have to carry skis/boots to and from. Easy walk to Upper Village & just a bit further to get to main Village. Renovated Kitchen was gorgeous and everything was super clean.

Very nice, clean, quiet, up-to-date property with all of the advertised amenities. Check in/check out could not have been easier. Parking was also good. The second bedroom is a bit small and dark. But with the bunk beds it is set up for sleeping and is very good for that. True ski in/ski out. The ski locker is a bit fiddly to operate but once you get the hang of it works well. Over all, very comfortable and well appointed. Would stay there again for sure.

Easy, Close, Perfect Amount of Space

Stayed with my family - wife and 2 young kids - and had a blast. Easy walk to the Upper Village with a couple of options for après and easy meals. Simple to ski in/out and catch the Blackcomb Gondola. 15-20 minute walk to Whistler Village for more action. Be sure to make reservations or get there early for dinner! We all fit perfectly in the bedrooms plus the sleeper sofa. Loved having a second bathroom. Freshly remodeled kitchen with everything you might need. Super-easy check-in and check-out. If you need a place with space, and want to be close to the fun (but not too close) this is the perfect set-up. We'd come back!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The location was great. It was far enough to be quiet and close enough to the village that we can walk everywhere. The unit was very comfortable. We found a few spots that could've been cleaner (hair in the bathroom tub, dust behind the couch, some crumbs on the kitchen floor). It took me just few minutes to clean those up and place worked out great for us. We couldn't ski-in because there wasn't enough snow to ski-in. The walk up and down was manageable.

Awesome place

Perfect location for ski in/ski out. Clean and easy to get into the room. Solid hot tub and pool area. Going to many vrbos over the years, I really appreciate all the effort that goes into the little things to make this place nice (updated appliances, matching full sets of dishes and cooking equip, decor, etc). We liked walking into the upper and main village areas. You do have to walk down and back up the slope a little ways. The bus works well too, but it took a bit to figure out. Make sure to have the person at reception provide you very detailed instructions.

Lovely and Walkable to Everything

Very nice property with fantastic location if you want to be able to walk to skiing and everything without taking out your car. Ski lockers convenient. Outdoor hut tub after a day of skiing was a treat in large hut tub with plenty of room for everyone. The one disappointment was the very small size of bedroom #2 for my two full size twenty year old boys. It was really tight with the upper bunk right into the ceiling. Fine for kids but too tight for two adults. Fully equipped in kitchen equipment and supplies. Very clean! We had a lovely stay overall

Great location - true ski in / ski out

Location could not be better. Direct access to the Blockcomb slope for a true ski in / ski out through ski locker room. Unit updated and kitchen stocked with latest pots, pans, appliances and supplies. Full sized washer and dryer. Two full sized bathrooms with showers. Master is a good size. There are a few minor items to consider before booking. The underground parking is very, very tight and if you are driving a large SUV or truck you may find the underground parking very challenging or impossible. So much so I didn’t want to move the SUV until we left because I wasn’t sure I could park it again. The master bedroom was very warm at night due to general heat in the building. There is a little fan mounted on an exterior window to help draw in cold air at night to mitigate the heat. Finally, the bunk bed room is not a real room but a very large closet. The top bunk leaves little room above and there is not a window. My teenage kids did ok in that room but they felt like the pictures didn’t really show they would be in a closet.
