Beautiful renovation by Katrina Passer of Passer Architects, completed in 2022. Surrounded by Australian natives, in the central coasts exclusive, Pearl Beach.

Entertain family and friends by creating mouth watering meals in the gourmet kitchen and dine alfresco on the private rear deck.

Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, ideal accommodation for 6 (6 adults and 4 children) between the ducted air-conditioned 3 bedroom house and separate bunk room and garden room. The bunk room contains 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and bathroom, garden room has one bedroom with bathroom.

(Seemed) freshly renovated - well equipped kitchen, daddy loved big screen tv. Lovely garden and deck. Good location, quiet, next to the tennis courts, stroll to beach short enough not to elict 5 year old grumbles.Pearl Beach itself was wonderful: hired the tennis courts, kayaks, played in the two excellent parks had good food at the cafe and the restaurant. Will be back
