This cosy and comfortable holiday home is situated in Falcon, nestled between the ocean and the estuary, 7km south of Mandurah town centre. Pet friendly and fully equipped for babies/kids.

Just a short stroll to Falcon Bay, where you will find a sandy beach ideal for swimming, fishing or walking the dog... and in the other direction, the Estuary - where crabs in season are plentiful. Or you might like to spend your time playing golf at one of the many nearby courses.

Falcon Family Retreat is suitable for up to 7 guests (3 bedrooms), and pets are welcome. Just a short stroll to the local shopping centre, which has everything you need to sustain yourselves for your holiday. Shops include Woolworths, chemist, award-winning Miami Bakery, chemist, gift shops, newsagent, post office, butcher, fruit & vegies, takeaway & cafés, hairdresser, medical centre. There is no need to use your car – everything is within walking distance!

Relax in our comfortable fully equipped home. The living room is airconditioned/heated and has a large smart TV, bluetooth speaker and a comfortable modular lounge. Eat your meals at the dining table or outside on a balmy evening using the outdoor setting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It even has a few handy extras such as popcorn maker, coffee pod machine, pizza maker, milkshake maker, rice cooker and sandwich press. We also supply plastic dinnerware for babies/children.

The laundry has a large capacity washing machine with washing powder supplied. The bathroom has a solar heated shower, a bath and heated lighting.

For babies/kids we have a portacot, Ikea highchair, step stool for bathroom sink, bath toys, and plenty of kids plastic dinnerware. We also have a large basket of children's books and toys.

Outside is a lovely enclosed garden and large patio area with outdoor setting and a BBQ for summer entertainment. Feel free to use the portable firepit or relax with a book on the sun lounge. Crab scoops, beach chairs, outdoor badminton and a kids kayak are available for your use.

Our home provides a relaxing escape by the beach, away from the pressures of the city without having to travel for hours!

All you need to take is linen - bed sheets and bath towels. Blankets, doonas, bath mat and tea towel are provided.

Minimum stay: 2 nights, or 3 nights on a long weekend
