3 chambres plus grand grenier. 2 salles de bain, 3 WC plus douche extérieure avec eau chaude. Cuisine bien équipée, immense salon et grandes vérandas. Cette maison pourra accueillir confortablement 2 familles ou jusqu'à 4 couples.
La maison est située dans 8 hectares (3 hectares) de brousse de jarrah / maris avec une flore locale abondante et une famille de kangourous.
Le canton de Margaret River avec ses nombreux cafés et restaurants est à 3 km et une agréable promenade. Vignobles, plages de baignade et de surf et de nombreuses attractions touristiques sont à proximité.
Le cadre de la brousse signifie que la maison conserve l'intimitĂ© et le sentiment d'ĂȘtre dans la forĂȘt tout en Ă©tant trĂšs pratique pour la ville, les plages et les vignobles.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Kevill Cottage. Property is just as described, we were very impressed with how well equipped the house is. Everything you could want in the kitchen, and rooms to ensure a relaxing and stress free stay. It was tranquil, and peaceful. We came with our 5 year old and 9 month old, and had a lovely family holiday. We will hopefully return again next year!

This is our second stay at Kevill Cottage this year. It continues to be a warm, comfortable, well maintained property. We enjoyed the wood burning stove on chilly days. The surrounding area is so peaceful. You can see lots of Roos on the paddock 10 minute walk from the house. We will be back for another stay!

There was absolutly every thing we could wish for and the fire was wonderfull and all the wood we could wish for all ready cut.It was a wonerfull introduction for my Brother and partner from UK to experience a piece of Australian paradise. Highly recomended .

Kevill Cottage exceeded our expectations, the bushland setting gave us the peace and serenity which we were seeÄ·ing. The cottage is fitted out with every requirement which a familly needs for a stay of a few days or an extended stay. It's close proximity to Margaret River township, the beaches and wineries must make it the number one holiday rental in the area. We feel that Kay and Rod have hit the sweet spot with Keville Cottage.

An excellent stay with everything you could want and need in a property. The home was clean, well equipped, comfortable and situated in a beautiful, peaceful location - with just a short drive to town. We even enjoyed daily visits from kangaroos! The indoor fireplace kept the house cozy upon our arrival, and the kids absolutely loved the upstairs loft. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we’ll definitely be back!

Incredible stay

We had such an amazing stay. Tbe house is absolutely perfect. Location is fantastic, so private and beautiful but only a couple of minutes from town. The table tennis table was so much fun! Loved the fireplace and cosy couches. The bed and bedding were also so comfy. Thanks so much for having us. Will definitely stay again

Relaxing family getaway

Such a cosy home with everything you need! Clean, comfortable beds, cosy fireplace. The ping pong table and games were a hit with the kids but the highlight was toasting marshmallows at the fire pit and the early morning walks with Dad so mum could sleep in! We were sad to leave (4yr old was crying when we left haha!) We will be back! Thank you!

Best place to stay in Margaret River

We love staying at Kevill Cottage. The location is amazing , close to town and beach but so peaceful, surrounded by trees on a large block. The living areas and bedrooms are spacious and the layout accommodates extended families. Kevill Cottage is always my families first choice when we travel to Margaret River and we are looking forward to our next stay.

Weekend escape

Delightful property away from the hubbub of Margaret River town centre. Beds are comfy, water is hot and the whole cottage was beautifully clean. A great place to escape to.

Beautiful

We loved our stay in this gorgeous home. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and lots of sleeping area options. The table tennis was a great surprise for the kids and the Kangaroos we had visit us everyday was just great. If you have little kids, the stairs to the loft are quite steep. Also the loft had a large window that does not have a screen on it so might be an idea to go up with them to avoid an accident. It rained for a full day on our trip so the millipedes came out in force inside and outside of the house, which wouldn't be a big deal other than my 18 month old wanting to play with them. It is a great house in a stunning setting so would recommend.

Can't wait to go back again

A beautiful house in the middle of the forest with easy access to town. We saw kangaroos eating grass while we had breakfast and saw 3 ringtail possums on the trees just behind the house at night - what a unique experience! The house was full of nice touches and very comfortable. Can't wait to go back again!

Very well set up with everything one needs. Quiet, serene, forested surrounds, kangaroos, sweeping outlook from main living area. Near town and beach. Our second stay and will be back (if they'll have us!).
