Brynmawr is a magnificently renovated family house, 10 minutes walk to the Fairhaven Surf Club. From the new large furnished rear deck there are fantastic views from the Split Point Light House to Fairhaven Beach. Together with a gas Weber BBQ and Weber kettle it provides the perfect outdoor atmosphere for your holiday.The family dog is also welcome at this pet friendly fenced property.
Close to National Park for picnics, walking and horse riding. Only 10 minutes walk to Fairhaven beach and the closest Airies Inlet Cafe. It is a short 15 minute drive to beautiful Lorne for great hotels, shopping and restaurants. The parrots are regular visitors to the balcony and can be hand fed. Brynmawr house has contemporary styling and is recently renovated. The kitchen has NEFF appliances including induction cook-top, wall oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is ample stone bench space for entertaining and all the necessary appliances to cook a gourmet meal. Upstairs is the Japanese inspired, ultra modern spacious master bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan and it features a large picture window specially designed to take in lighthouse and ocean views.The wet room en-suite boasts a double vanity, soaker bath, WC and screen-less shower with rain shower head. Downstairs has open plan kitchen,dining and living areas with a cosy Coonara wood heater for winter months and a inverter air conditioner for the summer. Large TV, DVD and recorder. There is also a second living area downstairs with a TV/DVD and queen sofa bed walking straight out onto to the north facing deck surrounded by an oval lawn and native garden. The house sleeps 6 (up to 8 upon request, price negotiated). One of the bedrooms downstairs has a king bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. The central downstairs bathroom has a full bath, walk in shower, vanity and WC.
There is a 2 night minimum stay, no WiFi and our property is BYO sheets, pillow cases and towels. Bath mats hand towels, tea towels are provided

Amazing views of the ocean & sky. Beautiful home - spacious, luxurious with so many personal touches, included everything you could need. Magnificent master bedroom/retreat & incredible ensuite with stunning views from the bedroom. Beautiful Australiana Gardens. A easy walk to the breathtaking beach & first class eateries. Little slice of heaven

We had a beautiful 4 nights in Fairhaven. Great location with a beautiful view. Beds were super comfortable and it felt like home for 4 days. Didn’t want to leave. Steve was so lovely to deal with checking in to make sure all was ok. Would recommend and would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks Steve and Di for a lovely slice of paradise.

Perch with a view

A very comfortable stay for just two of us, plus very safely fenced-in happy dog with lots of space outside to explore - (a necessity for pet owners and not common even in 'pet friendly' houses!) All three of us were cosy by the log fire on oour autumn nights. Excellent communication from Steve. The ocean-and- lighthouse view is a delight, and unlike many Fairhaven houses with the (shaded) southern ocean view, this one has a ramped deck surround offering sunny corners, and a northern terrace and lawn, for relaxing in all seasons in a lovely garden setting. The king parrots agree, attracted by a fine range of native plants. (Accessibility? The deck ramp entrances mean access to the open plan ground floor and wide glass doors to deck is excellent. Stairs are steep to the elegant upper bedroom.)

Brynmawr @ Fairhaven

Our experience in Fairhaven at "Brynmawr" was very enjoyable and relaxing. We felt welcome and very comfortable the moment we walked in the door and immediately it felt like a home away from home. The upstairs master bedroom and ensuite is luxurious, the house very well laid out and warm (awesome wood heater!) and had everything we needed for our stay. There are fabulous views (every level) of the Split Point Light House, the local Fairhaven / Aireys Inlet area, and with water views as far as the eye can see. The local cafes, and beach are a comfortable walking distance, and only a short drive to other towns, and attractions. The native garden is mature, delightful, and teeming with local wildlife too! Steve & Di (Hosts) made sure that we were comfortable and settled, very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend the property to anyone (couples, families) wanting to stay in Fairhaven.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend

Steve and Di have created a beautiful property. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. You could happily spend the weekend on the deck admiring the view. The garden is lovely and was enjoyed by us as well as our dog.

Beautiful view and great property!

We had a fantastic time at Fairhaven. The view over the ocean is beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the deck! The main bedroom upstairs is very luxurious and the property is very well maintained. So great that dogs are allowed and the property is fenced - our whippets loved their beach getaway. Views understated by the photos

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at Brynmawr. We loved the spectacular view especially from the upper bedroom floor, the surrounding gardens, the lovely taste in styling and the overall feel of this home. The wood fire heater quickly warmed up the living area as it was mid winter during our stay. Easy walk up to the lighthouse and Fairhaven beach. Well situated too. Steve is the perfect host. Always happy to answer questions and make live easier for you as a guest. Would happily stay at this property again.

Relax in paradise

We just sat and relaxed as soon as we came into this lovely home. The view is mesmerising and makes you just want to stay and enjoy the house. We did venture to the off leash dog beach each day and were rewarded by the joy that playful dogs and the ocean gives. The house was very well set up for visitors and the hosts ensured we had everything we needed and were having a good time. We will be back.

Fantastic

Although this property is set back from the beach, it has commanding views and is a short walk to the beach and the lighthouse. The property itself is very beautiful and has a fantastic master bedroom and en suite.

We had a ball the house is amazing. The master bedroom is amazing great views all round. Plenty off room for the kids to. And only walking distance to the beach. Kids loved it and so did we.we will definitely go back again soon thanks
