Brilliant location on the beachfront of beautiful Island Beach, Kangaroo Island - our beach cottage is the only rental houses that has NO ROAD between the house and the beach!
This is a rustic yet very comfortable beach cottage with absolutely stunning sea views.

*Complimentary WIFI for all guests - unlimited data.
* NESPRESSO Coffee Machine! + coffee pods

Try your luck fishing in our dinghy or relax on the deck and enjoy the stunning sea views.

LINEN is provided, including bath towels, and the beds are all made up for you so you can start to relax on your holiday as soon as you arrive. We have a porta cot and a high chair.

Island Beach is a beautiful white sand beach with turquoise waters - a great beach for little kids and adults alike. Perfect for going on long beach walks or just playing in the shallow waters.

A great base to explore the Island. Our cottage is only 15 minutes drive from the ferry.

Relax on the elevated deck with stunning sea views of the beach and beautiful turquoise waters. The deck has 2 sun lounges, an outdoor dining table and a high bar table with 4 bar stools. The perfect place to relax and enjoy sundowners with friends.

The cottage is very peaceful and with floor to ceiling windows you can enjoy absolutely stunning 180 degree views of the beach and turquoise waters.

Our cottage is suitable for 6 guests - providing at least 2 are children due to the bunk bed.

Island Beach Where Dreams Come True

The dream starts from the reclusiveness of the driveway guiding you down a sandy pathway and ending at your back door, did I say stairway to heaven or gateway to the Bahamas , well that was the experience we felt. No sooner than unlocking the back door we were greeted with the sight and sounds of cascading waves, operatic calls of nature and a frenzy of emotional highs as we knew we had had made the right call. Cleanliness abound attention to detail chocolates and more every questionable thought was answered in between the next thought . We had a boys Zion and Zak with us both 2 year old Male German Shepherds and they were the first to take it all in and chill. A great time and great experience meeting the local Wildlife hopping in for a chat and a gander whilst enjoying a drop of red watching a pod of dolphins on our doorstep , truly a beachfront wonderland a joy to the senses, you can’t help but be healed forever. Dreamscape at Island Beach it is a No Brainer . Thank you and can’t for the sequel. I’ll be back.

Island Beach is a wonderful beach for little kids. It is shallow for quite some way out so it is safe for little ones.

Stunning beach and sea views of the turquoise water from inside the house and from the large deck.

A great location to explore all the attractions on this beautiful Island.

What makes this property unique

Our cottage is one of the very few on Island Beach that has NO ROAD between the house and the beach - plus it is absolute beachfront!

Free WIFI with unlimited data for all guests.

DINGHY!!!
Our aluminium dinghy is kept down on the beach, oars are kept in the laundry and we provide some fishing gear and lifejackets.

The house is very peaceful and with the floor to ceiling windows in the house you can enjoy absolutely stunning 180 degree views of the beach and turquoise waters.
