We enjoyed sitting on the porch,kitchen was equipped for cooking our meals and a propane grill outside. Loved the RV resort. Unit is older and my husband repaired the sliding screen door and cleaned the grill so we could use it.

Overall great experience. Owner is extremely easy to communicate with. Location of property is ideal for Old Town and Disney. Everything we needed was there: pots, pans, linen, towels, everything.
Only thing we didn't have was gas for the grill. Not to big an issue.
Heat and AC were spot on! Availability of hot water was great. Comfort level of location was awesome.
Will definately look to rent this location again!

The little cottage is really wonderful. It has all you need. The little kitchen has pots, pans, all necesary utensils. Bathroom is not huge but also not too small. We were 10 minutes away from the Magic Kingdom. It was perfect. The reason I gave it 4 and not 5 is because of a few updates the place needs and it would be good if there was a good set up for wifi.

My boyfriend and I stayed here after leaving Tallahassee in preparation for Hurricane Michael. This place was perfectly stocked and welcoming for our last minute trip with our dog. It was so close to Disney and just about everything we wished to do while we were in Orlando. Really nice complex as well. We felt safe and would stay again!

We enjoyed staying at the cottage, exploring Tropical Palms, and exploring the area. The cottage was spacious and provided plenty of room for myself, my mom, and our three dogs. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking essentials, and the linen closet was stocked with plenty of extra towels and wash clothes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks Shawna!

Please do not leave the keys inside the unit, please lock them up properly. The combo code is changed regularly. Please keep the red switch on in the kitchen as it is connected to the hot water tank. Pet rent is typically $75 for first pet and $30 for each additional per stay. Please get permission first. High shedding pets cannot be approved.
