Terrific place to stay just back from Boomer beach on a quiet street with a lovely view of the hills. Hosts were great with communication.

Our family of 4 adults, 2 young kids and 1 dog thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The girls loved the novelty of bunk beds and the adult beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was great to have 2 toilets! The beach was a short 5 minutes walk from the house and we had great fun jumping the waves and building sandcastles every day. Other activities included a visit to Urimbirra Wildlife Park (10 minutes drive), Saturday morning market in Port Elliot and a wonderful ride on the Cockletrain to Goolwa. We highly recommend this property for a family beach getaway.

Very good location only minutes to the beach and lovely hills view from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need just like at home. The shower was fabulous! The host Scott was great at communicating and was prompt with replies to questions. It was a quiet and relaxing space and being pet friendly was an added bonus. Short drives to Goolwa and Victor Harbour. There were dvds, games and books and basic supplies, sauces, coffee, sugar ect. We didn’t use the bbq or the fire pit but they were available for use. Thankyou Scott and Emily we had a lovely relaxing time away. Would definitely recommend this place I can’t think of anything negative to mention. We would definitely stay again.

Home was perfect for our stay as we were working at the port elliot show so very close with plenty of parking for the 3 cars we needed to bring. Communication with host was excellent and instructions were easy to follow.

Lovely shack getaway!

We loved every minute of our beach getaway. We enjoyed toasting marshmallows on the fire pit, walking to the beach and catching up with family and friends. It was perfect for what we needed.

We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the soiled mattress. We sent photos to the owner who was receptive and has fed back to the cleaning company and refunded the cleaning fee.

Thanks for your honest feedback and as we discussed many times on email, phone and text our cleaners have been with us for years so to see some dirt and sand not vacuumed up and the TV cabinet and kitchen table not wiped down was disappointing. Thanks for taking the time to clean and I happily refunded your cleaning fee. I also put in complaint to cleaning company using photos you shared and that worker no longer works for them so going forward hope we dont see this again and we continue with our 4.5/5 rating. Thanks Scott and Emily

Relaxing beach house

Great location, so close to Boomer Beach, and with a lovely view of the hills. It is an enjoyable walk into Pt Elliot. And dog friendly! Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Thanks for the accomodation at Pt Elliot. House was comfortable, roomy and good access.There was only 1 sugar serve left and some condiments were out of date. House and location were just right for our stay and we enjoy visiting Pt Elliot especially this visit for our sons wedding.
