About Vacasa, CO - Summit County Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Condo was clean & modern, and had everything we needed. It was very convenient to Breck (20 mins) & Keystone (10 mins). The only downside was that we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking/stomping around at 6 am both mornings we were there.
Super comfy couch, didn't use as pull out bed just slept on it as is. Bed was not great but not bad. The shower head was literally at my nose pointed at my chest and I'm 5'8" NOT tall and I had to duck. It's spacious for a 1 BR. Very convenient to coffee and pizza, like across the street, which is awesome. We skied Loveland which is a 15 min drive, nothing. Keystone is 2 miles up the road though. Silverthorne/Dillon are the exit you get off at and there's a groceries, liquor, and a dispensary. Frisco is the next exit if you need more like Whole Foods, Wal Mart, etc...we are at Kemosabe sushi was surprisingly fantastic. Dam Brewerary is a great dinner choice as well. Absolutely reccomend LakeHaus3!
First Family Ski Trip
The lodge met all expectations. Easy to find and close to Keystone and easy access to Breckenridge. Clean with plenty of amenities. The master bedroom was good sized and bed slept good. Only complaint is we were on the bottom floor and could hear the people above walking and the hide a bed sling that holds the mattress was torn so one corner wasn’t stable. Would recommend and stay there again. Vacasa also did a great job of communicating before our stay.
The mattress sling is scheduled for repair at the end of the ski season. Thank you!
Nice unit but issues that affected our sleep each night
The unit is smallish but nice. It was very clean, furnished nicely, and well stocked with supplies. Access using the lockbox was convenient. The location is very good and the two restaurants (pub and pizza place) just a short walk away were very good. Three separate issues that made our stay troublesome. 1 - The pullout sofa bed has some missing/unconnected springs for the trampoline that supports the mattress. As a result, the bedding fell through at the foot of the bed the first night and we had to put the mattress on the floor for the rest of our stay. 2 - The fireplace thermostat that controls the heat for the unit was programmed by someone so that the heat turned way up automatically each night. We felt like we were in a sauna! Eventually, we figured out that the thermostat was pre-programmed and we put it on 'hold' to fix that issue. 3 - If the unit upstairs is occupied, you will hear every conversation, foot-step, and flush that occurs each night. As we came in from the east coast, our bed-time was pretty early so it was frustrating trying to sleep and getting awaken by the various upstairs sounds. PS - During our stay, the upstairs unit was only occupied on the weekend.
I'm sure the owner/management can fix the first 2 issues. Unfortunately, not sure what they can do about the third. It wasn't that the upstairs neighbors were excessively loud... just that the units don't seem to have much in the way of sound insulation between them.
We apologize for any inconveniences this guest experienced. We have asked that housekeeping please verify the fireplace controls are set correctly while cleaning, and the pull-out sofa is scheduled for repair in the near future. Thank you!
