A great beach escape in Anglesea for family holidays. Fully self-contained, two storey accommodation offering all conveniences and a lock up garage. Anglesea Outlook comfortably sleeps eight people, suits two families and provides fabulous views from the upper deck over Anglesea and the beach. Conveniently located, and an easy short walk from the beach, shops, tennis courts, bowls club, playground, churches and the Anglesea Hotel, Anglesea Outlook is located in a quiet deadend street with a walk-through to the beach.

The upper level with a queen bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet are privately zoned leading down to the kitchen and family room. Downstairs also has a queen bedroom and a queen/ king single bunk room. Both floors offer a family room with television, a bathroom and separate toilets. The well equipped kitchen with walk in pantry, dining area and outdoor eating area with a gas barbecue are situated upstairs. The laundry with automatic washing machine and dryer is situated downstairs.
Families with young children are well cared cared for at Anglesea Outlook. The large ground floor bathroom offers a full sized bath and separate shower recess. A portacot, change table, baby bath, high chair and safety gate attached to the stairs are all available for those visitors with infants and young children.
All bedding including bed linen is provided as are bath towels.
The back garden is fully fenced with a secure side gate. An outdoor setting is provided on the tiled patio looking out onto the garden and lawn area.

Fantastic stay at Victoria's Great Ocean Road

The property was beautiful, with two separate floors which suited as well, as we had a couple visiting from Holland. We were most impressed with the facilities, the spacious rooms, the upper and lower decks with their views, the kitchen facilities and the short walk through a bush track to the beach. The weather was fantastic, as we were able to take our cousins from Holland sightseeing in the mornings and go for a swim every afternoon. People in Europe always want to visit the Great Ocean Road, and we saw it at its best, with gorgeous weather and out of the school holiday period. The whole stay was way beyond our expectations! - Margot de Deugd.

Great stay

A lovely property and perfect for our extended family group of four adults and four children. The owners were very easy to communicate with and everything we needed was at the house, it was very well supplied. Good location a 10 min walk from the beach and same to the shops.

2 storey house in a great location

The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suited our group of 5 adults and 2 children very well. The location was great, being an easy 10 minute walk from the beach in one direction and the shops in the other. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home and the kitchen was well equipped with appliances, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. The pantry was well stocked with basic items. The bonus was having Kayo on the TV so that we could watch our favourite football team. The hosts were easy to communicate with regarding access and times. We all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay!

Really nice accomodation. Perfect for two family’s, three couples or a group of friends. Linen and towels provided. Staples in the pantry. More than enough bowls, plates, cutlery, platters and kitchen that you’ll ever need. Including punch bowls, desert bowls etc. Clean and spacious. Two living areas, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer fro longer stays. Perfect for quiet drinks with friends or family. Not suitable for loud parties due to proximity of neighbour. Great place to relax and enjoy the views. Close to beach and shops. 5 stars overall

Perfect

As a family with 3 teenage girls, the house was perfect. They each got a room so could have their own space ro chill. I loved that we could surf, mountain bike ride or canoe in the area. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Fantastic house, location and view

This house was great. In a fantastic location and close to everything. It was also super clean and the host provided lots of little extras. We sat and watched the view over Anglesea every night. Very pretty with all the lights. The photos didn't do this house justice. We thought the main family living area would be smaller than it was. We had friends staying at the caravan park so it was great for us and them to catch up easily together. I'd definitely recommend this property

Very impressed

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of household and pantry items provided. Also really appreciated the tv streaming subscriptions during the bad weather. Location was so convenient that we didn’t need to drive anywhere. Only suggestion is to upgrade the fridge as our drinks didn’t seem to stay very cold. Overall very happy with our stay!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Anglesea. Great quiet location near the beach and shops, with a relaxing view from the balcony looking towards Pt Roadknight in the distance. The house is comfortable and well equipped and Anne very easy to communicate with. We hope to visit again.

Great for family holiday

Even though we had to return to Mel in the day due to the immediate lockdown. But still be very impressed of the house: cleaniness, nice view. Anne is super host, very caring and supportive.

The most comfortable and well appointed holiday house we have ever stayed in.

Our family of 6 adults loved this house and we all would like to return. The postion is close enough to the beach and shops to be able to walk to both. The house is extremely comfortable and the owners provide everything needed for a relaxing stay. Highly reccommended.

Perfect Weekend Away at Outlook

We had such a positive experience renting this property from Anne and Mark for the June long weekend. It was clean, spacious (there were 6 ladies and a 2year old) and the location was exactly what we wanted. Tucked away but still close to everything we needed. Right on the doorstep of the surf coast trail, the beach and main shops (with coffee). All easy walking distance. We'd planned to eat out but ended up staying in and the kitchen certainly provided everything we needed to help cook our feasts, including some condiments we were lacking. The heating system was fantastic (always a worry when going away in winter!), when I arrived, it quickly heated the house. We were also very happy with the price we paid, it was well worth it. I would certainly recommend renting this property to either a group like us or a family. Thank you so much Anne and Mark

Fabulous holiday house

Very comfortable and roomy with everything you need for a family holiday. Convenient and quiet location. Easy walk to the shops and the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony. We particularly liked the well stocked walk-in pantry. High quality sheets and towels. We would certainly stay here again.
