Lovely property, great location.

We loved staying at this property as a large family. Everything was very comfortable and the location is fantastic. Heaps of space for all the family and chill out zones for those who need a bit of time out. Very happy.

Very spacious home, with room for everyone.

Lovely warm feeling home thats loaded with rooms and space for everyone. Annes an understanding caring host. No dramas at all, thank you very much anne. The pictures dont do this home any Justice at all, theres rooms everywhere and plenty of space for everyone, decking is huge, also back yard is massive. Couldnt think of anything this home doesnt have. Annes covered all activelys nearly possible. I loved how the theater room/ pool table room, feels like your in a separate house completely to the rest of the house when the sliding doors shut, even shuts out all noice from the rest of the house too, So theres no interruptions while watching a movie. We all had a blast and loved our stay, thank you Anne for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Fantastic house for a small group to relax

Perfect location, 5 mins walk from the beach and 5 min drive to the peninsula hot springs! The two levels with an entertaining space on each really work for groups, allowing people to stay up without disturbing others who have gone to bed. We will use it again for sure!

Perfect location for Easter weekend

The property is really spacious with lots of separated spaces. It catered well for our group of extended families, friends and our dogs. We enjoyed the sunshine on the balcony and nice walks to the beach. The owner was very accommodating to our requests. The only downside - there was no internet.

Absolutely perfect family getaway!

My family (parents and 2 young kids, parents-in-law and elderly grandmother-in-law) plus 2 dogs and a kitten) absolutely LOVED staying at Anne's house. The house looks and smells fresh and clean. The beds were great, bedding and sheets were excellent too, kitchen had everything we needed. The upstairs desk is huge and the walls make it nice and private and protect from the wind a bit. The layout of rooms is fantastic and having the extra spaces inside and out both upstairs and downstairs made it really enjoyable and roomy. Also loved that the backyard wasn't cluttered with stuff and the turf was amazing! Our dogs and our young children had so much fun running around on it. There are 2 cafes in walking distance, and the beach closest to the house was perfect for kids (our dogs would have loved it if they were allowed). Anne was a wonderful host and was always responsive if we needed anything. We definitely look forward to coming to stay again in future.

Beautiful getaway

Thankyou for providing a great house with a nice backyard so close to the beach. It was a great size for a large group with good facilities. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would recommend. It was clean and comfortable. It would have made it easier to have check in details earlier to communicate with a larger group.

Beautiful location and home

Had a lovely stay and was just what us girls were after for our weekend away in Rye. The backyard was beautiful and spacious and rooms perfect to fit us all. So close to all shops and not far from the beach (although we didn’t go down). Anne was very accommodating!

Perfect group break

The house exceeded expectations! It has absolutely EVERYTHING you need for a great break away, and offers the right amount of space and privacy for the perfect group trip. The bedrooms are all well sized, with 3 bathrooms and a huge backyard. The star of the show was the outdoor decking upstairs, with plenty of space for everyone to get together in the afternoon/evening, have a few drinks and listen to a bit of music. There are shops nearby and it's well situated for access to the whole peninsula. A shame that the nearby Baha Tacos joint had recently closed, but with space like this you really don't need to be worried about heading anywhere in the evening.
