Benvenuto in Seven Wonders, Evans Head. Questa nuova casa di 4 camere da letto dallo stile meraviglioso stupirà. Situato a Airforce Beach, è ancora una passeggiata ragionevole o un giro sulla pista ciclabile per negozi, club e spiagge. Perfetta per la famiglia più numerosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, arredi e finiture di qualità, questa struttura offrirà a te e alla tua famiglia le premesse di una fantastica vacanza.

Le caratteristiche includono:

- Soggiorno open space, cucina e sala da pranzo con aria condizionata

- Cucina moderna completamente attrezzata con forno elettrico e piastre elettriche, lavastoviglie e tutti gli elettrodomestici

- Lavanderia con lavatrice caricatore frontale

- Ampia camera matrimoniale con bagno privato

- Seconda zona giorno o quarta camera da letto con TV a schermo piatto e DVD

- Cortile completamente recintato

- Le pietre lanciano da Airforce Beach

Evans Head è ben noto per il nostro stile di vita rilassato con lunghe spiagge incontaminate, un'abbondanza di zone di pesca e la pesca d'altura a due passi, un estuario fluviale che offre un posto sicuro per i bambini a nuotare e spiagge per tutti e senza dimenticare il leggendario surf break!

Evans Head ha fantastiche aree barbecue pubbliche, gazebo e aree riparate sparse nella nostra bellissima città. C'è una pista ciclabile che si estende da Airforce Beach a Shark Bay, percorso a piedi fino al belvedere, accesso alla spiaggia 4WD ad Airforce Beach, piscina riscaldata coperta 25m, palestra, ristoranti, caffè, Bowling Club, Pub, RSL, negozi di abbigliamento, negozi di surf, Farmacia, macellaio, fornaio, supermercato e altro ancora.

Nota: Lenzuola, asciugamani e strofinacci non sono forniti in questa struttura.

La biancheria può essere noleggiata dal nostro ufficio con un piccolo costo di: $ 30. 00 a regina e $ 18. 00 per singolo.

A $ 30. 00 tassa di prenotazione e $ 50 spese di pulizia si applicano a tutte le prenotazioni.

Great spot for our young family!

We fit 2 young families in easily and will be staying again. Clean, tidy and quiet accommodation with all you need for a fun summer holiday. Missing some furnishings and the ‘frills’ but made our time less stressful when there was less for our 1-4 y/o toddlers to break. Convenient short walk to beach, bowling club and 1km to playground and shops. 👌🏼

Spacious and handy

Few essentials missing from the house. No dryer and no wi-fi. All Enquiries were answered promptly. Nice place.

Family short stay

House was good, Needs a few more basic things in it like a mirror in the bedrooms, a hairdryer. Was disappointed with not having the linen on the beds which I had ordered and paid for a couple of weeks before we arrived. I had to call around at night to get some.

We were pleasantly surprised with this property! While the other review is correct, and the property lacks creature comforts such as bedside lamps, throw pillows, pantry essentials and nice linen, it is clean, well-laid out, and a fabulous house for a family to stay at. In fact, not having meant furnishings meant we could completely relax without worrying about whether our kids would break stuff! We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids, and the bedding configurations meant we could easily accomodate musical beds with young kids. The property had 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in each room, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds in them. One main bathroom, and one ensuite made for very easy use as a family. A well-located house, right near pedestrian access to the beach, and an easy walk to town. Actually in a better location than some more expensive houses nearby as it wasn’t right near the 4WD beach access track! Don’t let the lack of recent photos on Google street view scare you off - it’s a brand new build, with a washing machine, dishwasher, 2 TVs, great deck (perfect for breakfast or afternoon drinks!!), fenced yard (again, perfect for young kids!!!) and very clean. Highly recommended - we’d stay there again in a heartbeat. My tips are to: BYO tea and coffee, milk, detergent, hand soap, laundry powder etc. Hire linen from the real estate agent. BYO pillow if you don’t like memory foam pillows. BYO beach towels.

So Minimalist

The house was clean and tidy and a lovely short easy walk to the beach. However, I've been staying in rental holiday accommodation for 40 years and this was the most unwelcoming and uncomfortable beach house I've ever stayed in. The house sleeps 8 but only 6 dining chairs. No bedside tables, no bedside lights, no kitchen or bathroom bins, one lounge suite that would sit three and two individual chairs so only 5 could sit in the lounge to watch TV. No coffee table, no rugs on the floors although there were rugs rolled up in cupboards, no outdoor furniture on the generous deck apart from a big table with bench seats (no backs on chairs = not comfortable for 60+ years). The coffee machine was faulty, the dishwasher was faulty and we had a plumber in to unblock the bathroom sink drain. And, although it was obvious the house was connected to internet there was no wifi for guests. And no driveways to get car off the streets and within the property fencing. Huge potential for this newish house, just make it a bit cosier and inviting!!
