Excellent Stay
The house and the pool/garden area are wonderful. House is greatly well equipped, pool is warm and clean. Communication with the property manager is prompt and satisfying. I stayed here with 3 kids (8, 8, and 6) and my Mom, plenty of space for everyone. We had an amazing time, definitely recommend.

A very comfortable home and private oasis. So nice to come back to after our busy days and relax in the pool. The home and all amenities were spotless and beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was surprisingly very quiet. It really is a quiet retreat.

Great stay
The house is exactly as advertised, very very clean and the pool area was really great. Comfy beds and furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. Location was very convenient to everything. The other attached rental unit which I was a little skeptical of before we arrived, is a non issue, as the only thing you share with it is the drive way. Great value,,,, We would definitely stay again. We are an older couple and usually stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. This was a great alternative for a weeks stay because of the private pool.

Great Property
We spent a week at this property - we were down for some sun and baseball! It was a very convenient location for Phillies fans. The house was VERY clean and well stocked with all that we needed. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and a cooler! The pool was heated to the perfect temp - even with weather in the mid sixties. The owner/management team was extremely responsive to any question s or inquiries. I would definitely stay there again when we are in Clearwarter.

Had a short but pleasurable stay at this Clearwater home.
Pool was great water temperature was consistent, pool service was on schedule. All appliances worked well. Large fridge. House was close to Clearwater Beach, Phillies spring training and several golf courses.

The house was very clean and nice, everything was as pictured.Communication with the property manager was a little difficult with getting the right passcode and accurate timing on when to enter the property but besides that everything else was fine and acceptable

Great house, warm pool!
We loved our 2-week stay! The house and pool were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the lovely screened porch, which was a perfect complement to the expansive pool deck.
The interior was bright and spacious, and the open kitchen/living area made it easy to interact throughout the day.
Thanks to the rental team for great communication and accomodating our check-in/out requests. They also dispatched a handyman to take care of a couple of small repairs from previous guests right away!
We would definitely rent this property again.

Wedding vacation
Overall it was great! The pool area was beautiful. We didn't really get to use it because we weren't there long enough with the wedding. My sister and her husband used it. I would have loved to spend more time there. The communication was amazing if there was a problem or questions, they responded immediately! I would definitely love to stay here again when I had time to enjoy it.

Decent Property for the Price
Overall this is a decent property and comes as pictured, which for the overall price is reasonable. Property manager is very responsive which is a plus. Neighborhood is a bit interesting with low income apartments nearby, an empty lot across the street, and a small airport 2 blocks away. Check-in for us was delayed by 3 hours due to needed cleaning of the property from previous renters and the property manager communicated this to us a few hours in advance day of. We loved the private pool and the property had everything we needed including items for the beach.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, die Nachbarschaft ist nicht so toll. Der Pool ist super, leider konnten wir den Outdoor Bereich nicht so gut nutzen, da es immer wieder geregnet hatte und es auch zu warm war um da zu sitzen. Das Haus und die Veranda war sehr schön und klimatisiert.

The Pool House
Ease of use throughout the process and arrived to a clean and freshly updated house. Everything you need including a brand new grill on the patio. Great pool and outdoor shower to wake you up in the morning. Plenty of room both inside and out to entertain our group of friends and enjoy some time together before the wedding. Thanks!

This is a lovely, newly renovated place in a great location. Definitely great for a group. Tons of space, super clean, comfy beds. The pool area and pool are immaculately clean. Easy location to both St. Pete and Tampa airports. Lots of great restaurants nearby
