It boasts brand new tile, hardwood ceiling, kitchen appliances, rain shower, bathroom vanity, hand made pecan slab table, gated private outside area, access to shared spaces with a sparkling pool, hammocks and BBQ pit in a beautiful shaded lot and very quiet exclusive neighborhood.
