This beautifully presented heritage listed cottage is located in the center of Geraldton . The cottage has been recently renovated and offers a totally new kitchen and bathroom along with quality furnishings throughout. Booking includes complimentary photography coffee table book by the host valued at $30.

A two bedroom, one bathroom fully self contained cottage. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has a queen bed. There is a large single trundle bed as well as a large single folder bed which can go in any of the rooms. Lounge with TV & DVD, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, shower, toilet, enclosed outdoor living area with BBQ & front veranda. Airconditioning in living areas & fans in living room & bedrooms. Free high speed Wi-Fi.

All of the house is accessible.

The cottage is self book-in type accommodation. Upon payment I will provide you with a code for the lock box which contains the keys. I am always available via phone & live just a few minutes away so if you need me I can be at the cottage very quickly. I am happy to provide you with any information that you may require.

The cottage is located in the center of Geraldton & is within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, visitor center & many more attractions that Geraldton has to offer.

There are two free parking spaces available at the back of the cottage. You probably wont need your car too much as everything is within walking distance.
The cottage is suitable for families with several different bed configurations available. Guests are expected to leave the cottage clean & tidy and we kindly ask that prior to leaving you clean and put away any dishes and kitchenware used and place any used towels in the bathroom. Smoking is not permitted.
