Great Family Home Base

This apartment was perfect for our family. Well appointed and and surprisingly spacious, we had everything we needed and the location couldn’t be better.

We were meet on arrival by the hosts , which was a lovely touch . The apartment was spacious and spotless . The location is perfect tram stop at your door step and walking distance to so manny attractions . We highly recommended the apartment and look forward to coming back soon .

Incredible property

Travellers won’t be disappointed with this accommodation. Maria is a wonderful host who provides extremely helpful information no y only about the property itself but helpful tips about Melbourne and surrounding things of interest. The property’s location is fantastic, with Tram stop right out the front. The apartment is extremely comfortable with everything a traveller needs. We would definitely stay again!

Great Apartment and Fantastic Location

Communication with Maria (owner) was great from time of booking to departure. Apartment was spotless and extremely well appointed with everything needed. Location fantastic being able to walk or catch a tram in front of Unit. Would highly recommend this accommodation while staying in Melbourne CBD. Will definitely stay at this apartment in the future.

Fantastic spot

Close to all the popular amenities but still quiet and clean. Comfy beds, hot shower. Maria is a great host.

Good location, has everything you need

Love the property. Small but is equipped with everything you need + they had some cereal and milk for breakfast we could have which is not common but very appreciated by us

Short visit for Anzac Day

The apartment is excellent and a credit to Ivo and Maria. Great location, ideal for couples and families, short walks to all of Melbournes CBD features. Ivo was very helpful on check in and nothing too much trouble. Will certainly be back and hope to make this our go to stay when coming to Melbourne.

Great location and facilities. Kitchen was well very well equiped. Apartment was beautifully clean on arrival. Maria was amazing so accomodating. She let us drop our bags off early whilst she was still cleaning.

Excellent service with Ivo meeting us upon arrival, explaining things to do in Melbourne and especially the provision of practically ALL the daily essentials. You can just bring your clothes and you're ready to go ! Very central location. Would definitely come back and stay. My family was most impressed !

Absolutely comfortable stay

Ivo and Maria’s apartment offers everything of comfort for a long or short stay in the heart of Melbourne. Ivo was waiting for us in the lobby to welcome us and show us around, and through out our stay was easy to reach and communicated well. The apartment was very clean and simply laid out, with plenty of provisions in the kitchen, including fresh milk. Crisp sheets, fluffy towels and plenty of toiletries. Main bedroom was spacious, second bedroom is a bit small for the suitcases to fit in, but still we had no issues as there was plenty of hanging space in both rooms. The balcony was an extra bonus. Excellently positioned, with a tram stop outside on Collins, and around the corner at Swanston St. Flinders St Station is a 6 min walk away. The many famous laneways, eateries and shopping are all within walking distance. Excellent position! We had a wonderful stay, highly recommended and would come again.

City Center

Had a great stay in Melbourne. The location is ideal to get around the city centre and outskirts. Maria and Ivo kept the line of communication open even adding our milk preferences for our morning coffee. They met us and we checked in early so we could get on with site seeing. At the end of a busy day we returned to a clean comfortable appartment. I would recommend staying here for the convenience of the city and comfort of unwinding at the end of the day Thank you Maria and Ivo

Superb! I cannot praise this property or the owners enough. Amazing location, great accommodation.

From arrival to departure we have had an amazing time and this apartment was the icing on the cake. The little extras provided by the owners made all the difference. We have rented city centre apartments all over the World and this is the best yet. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay

This was a amazing apartment is a great location. Ivo and Maria were wonderful hosts and the apartment was filled with extra things that made our stay easier ( like umbrellas and snap cards for the kids). We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to stay again! Robyn and Peter.
