Poinciana 212 is a modern island beach interior design, the ideal private getaway location and is fantastic value with so much to offer. With spacious rooms, this extra-large three bedroom apartment boasts sensational views and has the ultimate central location, perfectly positioned within easy walking distance of the resort and the marina at the quietest end of Poinciana Lodge and the closest to Poinciana pool.

The apartment is completely self-contained, air conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The kitchen is renovated with modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Linen, bath towels and beach towels are supplied.

The spacious lounge and dining is a brilliant set up with LCD TV, bar and bar fridge, opens on to a large balcony with sensational views over Catseye Bay with an outdoor setting, full fridge, sunlounge and BBQ.

Sleeping is a dream in the master bedroom looking out at the magnificent views. There is a king size bed and your own LCD TV, ensuite and spa bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed , a LCD TV. The 3rd bedroom has a king or 2 king singles and LCD TV.

We’ll make sure your holiday runs smoothly by picking you up and dropping you off at the Airport or Ferry terminal. And so you can explore the island with ease, we’ll provide you with the full use of a complimentary golf buggy during your stay.

There’s plenty to keep you entertained on Hamilton Island. You have access to all resort facilities including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*.

As well as enjoying the resort pools, all guest and residents of Poinciana apartments have the use of your own private swimming pool, and BBQ.

Visit the centre of Hamilton Island if you’d like to visit the many retail outlets or check out the dozens of activities available through our tour desk operators. If you want to dine out, there are more than ten restaurants or takeaway outlets, not to mention child-minding and baby-sitting services available. If “eating-in” is your thing, shop for groceries at the IGA Supermarket and bakery.

Most credit cards are accepted on the island. There are ATM’s outside the Westpac Bank on the Resort side of the island and in Front street on the Marina side of the island and EFTPOS facilities are available.
