This quintessential family beach house is situated directly opposite the surf and sand at North Avoca. Pine View is a comfortable beach house with filtered ocean views from its living spaces and main bedrooms. Recently upgraded and freshly painted, this relaxed two storey holiday house which offers open plan spaces, two living areas each with a DVD player, two large entertaining decks, stunning sea breezes and a huge yard for the kids to play. This inviting holiday house features a timber and beach theme throughout which adds to its appeal. Enjoy a 10 minute walk along the sand to Avoca Beach where you can enjoy a coffee or meal and take the kids paddle boating in the lagoon. Pine View is a five minute drive to Terrigal beach, eateries and shops, and a 15 minute drive to Erina Fair shopping centre. On the upper level master bedroom contains queen bed, built-in robe, deck access and ocean views, while bedroom 2 contains a double bed. On the lower level bedroom 3 contains a queen bed, built-in robe and ocean views, bedroom 4 contains two single beds with built-in robes, while bedroom 5 contains a tri-bunk bed and a single bed. Wi-Fi included.

On request Pineview is pet friendly property and while we love to have pets with us on holidays there are some conditions that apply to help respect and have a well-maintained property. Pets are not permitted inside any of the bedrooms or on any furniture or cushions.
Max of 2 pets up to 12kg each.

Easy beach break with family

We loved this property - super close to the beach for morning walks and exploring the rockpools. Very quiet, barely any traffic passing. Big deck at front and back of the property to chase/escape from the sun. Comfy beds, rumpus room downstairs so kids could watch their own thing. All in all a perfect set up for multi generational family gathering. We'd come again.

Great weekend

The house was big enough to cater for a few families. Even though it was winter, the kids loved spending their time across the road down in the sand and exploring the rockpools. Once we checked in we noticed that the split system air conditioner in the main living area did not work. The property manager went over and above to ensure that we were warm enough, dropping off a bunch of brand new heaters to us which did the job fine. Thanks for having us!

Great location, perfect stay for a beach getaway

From the moment you step foot inside pineview you will feel comfortable and relaxed. The team were so helpful, we even locked ourselves out of the house at one point and even at 10pm the team was more than happy to help us out. The place isn't spotless, there are some areas that need a good detail clean but overall it is clean enough that you feel comfortable and are able to enjoy the getaway.

Perfect beach access

Well located across road from beach. Short level walk to dog off leash beach access and local cafe, enjoyed being lulled to sleep by sound of waves. Clean and comfortable house that our puppy loved too!

Awesome Location

Less than 2min walk to rock pools and beach. Comfy beds and modern bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of space for a larger family. Great place with a backyard and verandah if you have a dog. We will definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pine View, great location, across the road from the beach, nice back garden for the kids to play ball, walking distance to both Avoca (along the beach) and to Terrigal (a bit of a hike). The set up was fab, lots of room for us all to hang out, nice outdoor balcony spaces.

Excellent property plenty of space, great location

Pine view is a great Christmas beach house! Location is nice & quiet! Even in summer house was cool. Was kept clean! The extra we brought was PS4, but kids didn't end up using! Our dog loved the ambiance, slept outside listening to waves! Plenty of space in & out! Notwithstanding age ppty had mod cons! Worth the spend! Loved being there, sad to leave!
