A solo un corto trayecto en automóvil de Cowes y San Remo, así como de los pingüinos, la pista de carreras, el koala park, las bodegas, el campo de golf y la isla Churchill, la casa tiene capacidad para 7 adultos (las 3 habitaciones constan de 1xQB, 1xDB, 1 xDB + 1xSB bunk ).

Junto con la cubierta maciza, la casa está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana grande, reproductor de DVD, equipo de música, cocina totalmente equipada, baño con bañera, lavadora, secadora, barbacoa, microondas, aire acondicionado (calefacción / refrigeración) y juegos separados. Habitación con chimenea, mesa de billar y mesa de ping-pong.

Una ducha caliente al aire libre también proporciona la manera perfecta de descongelarse después de un día en la playa o de un surf temprano en la mañana.

Relaxing stay

Lovely home that had everything needed to head to the beach or keep out of the cold and read a book or watch a movie. The games room was great for the kids and for us to relive our Uni days!

Excellent property

Our whole family, including our dog loved staying here! It was a short walk to the beach. Our boys loved the pool table and table tennis. It was like home away from home.

Absolutely Perfect!

Couldn't find a fault with it, everything was perfect from dealing with Cheryl, description, location, comfort and cleanliness it had everything for a perfect holiday. I almost don't want to say how much we loved it in case it's booked out when we want to go again and trust me you will want to go again and again.

Best beach house ever!

My teenagers and almost teen thought Sea La Vie was the 'best beach house ever' and are extremely keen to come back. They loved the games room and spent lots of time battling it out over table tennis and pool. They also loved playing cricket in the backyard and chilling to Netflix after a games night on the big table on the back deck. It was an easy walk to a beach with great sunsets and around the corner from Smith's Beach. Cheryl was terrific, being instantly available and helpful when we had mixed up the access numbers. This is a place where they have thought of everything and had a great vibe. Well-equipped kitchen. All in all, the absolute fundamentals for an awesome holiday!

Phillip Island Holiday

Great location within walking distance to the beach. The games room with pool table and table tennis table was a hit with our teenagers. Secure yard for our Staffy and a clean and well maintained house. The whole family was very happy with our stay.

House is located 2 x streets away from the beach - an easy walk. The beach is perfect- lots of flat sand, waves whilst we were there were small (beginner style) & / or almost flat... The house is fabulous! Easy access (3 x steps), single level, 3 x bedroom, bathroom, seperate toilet all open onto a large open plan kitchen / dining / lounge. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you need for cooking / food prep. Sliding doors open to large covered deck with BBQ, flat yard with a large shed / teen zone (pool table, table tennis, stereo, beanbags & lounge). No WIFI- after our boys initial meltdown, it was the best thing ever! They spent ages in the shed working on their pool skills - something they wouldn’t have done if the option of WIFI was available:). The house is clean, well equipped & centrally located - about a 10 minute drive from Cowes in one direction & San Reno in the other direction. 5 mins to the race track. Owner Cheryl very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!!

Clean and convenient.

We had a lovely stay at Sea La Vie, comfortably accommodating 3 adults, 2 children, and our little dog. The place was comfortable, very clean and had all that we required. It was a short stroll to a beautiful surf beach which we took advantage of. Cheryl, the host was very helpful. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Comfortable accommodation and very homely.

The house was just perfect for our stay. Comfortable and roomy with nice attention to detail. Everything we needed was provided. The games room delighted our son (& us) and was great fun. I really enjoyed hanging out in the garden in the hammock and a beer on the deck went down well whilst our son played in the safe, fenced garden. Easy quick drive to the race track ( even on MotoGP race day).. we loved it and hope to be back.

Home away from home

A great stay overall, especially when you have a toddler in tow, lots of fun had in the backyard and games room. A few things to note are the front 2 bedrooms can get quite noisy at night when it is a windy night, only shower inside the house is in a bathtub with shower curtains where you have to stand kind of horizontally which means even for an average size person, can be quite squishy. We are happy to oversee those shortcomings and will come back time and time again. Thanks Cheryl.

Best family holiday - ever!!

So close to beach and with the rock pools, the best thing for the kids to explore. Beautiful house with everything that we needed. Games room was amazing and spend a lot of time there. Owner was very friendly and answered every question we had. Thank you so much.

Excellent place to stay

We had a great time at Sea La Vie. The house is clean and well presented and with the games room there is something to do in all weather conditions. FYI, We actually stayed in January 2016 but 2016 year not available option to select on review site

Excellent!

We had a lovely stay at Sea La Vie. It was a comfortable and clean house, with plenty of room outside for the kids to play (including a games room for older kids, and a deck to relax on for the adults). It was well placed to visit the various attractions around Phillip Island, and in a quiet location for some peace and quiet. We would definitely recommend Sea La Vie, a very good place to stay and good value too - check it out!
