Looks are deceiving.Seaspray Beach Creek cottageLooks beautiful, airy, clean, tidy and trendy, but a weird smell of old air freshener upon entering,(left front door open for 3 hours.) Everything is grimy to touch (including: remotes; couch covers; cushions & knee blankets. I had to cover them with my own sheets in order to sit on the couch and use tissues to hold onto the remote controls) and dusty.Bath was full of dead ants & rust was in both kitchen sinks. All I used in the kitchen was the kettle (which was in good condition & not sticky to touch) & two mugs. They were ok.Their water filter in the kitchen was ok, my cuppas tasted ok.Their water pressure was terrible, but at least the shower was hot. After running all the rusty water out of the pipelines. The hot water tap handle came off in my hands & there was only 40cm left of toilet paper. No more in storage. Thankfully I always keep a roll of toilet paper in my car. Phew! It took 1 hour (felt like 3 hours) to get the tv working.I had to check all the connections at the back of the tv. I ended up with hey fever as everything was dusty. Knowing someone was entering 3 days prior, they could at least check the cleanliness. The louvre windows were rusted in semi open position. Freezing at nighttime. Couldnât close the back door to keep main living area warm. Bitten in bed by bed bugs.Only stayed 2 out of 4 nights. My home was warmer, even though in middle of repair works. They refused to refund 552.00. Incredibly disappointe.
