"Sun Hill" est une belle maison pour les familles ou les couples Ă  la recherche de "escapade" relaxante. HĂ©bergement pour huit personnes dans trois chambres. Deux lits queen size, un lit double et un lit superposĂ©. À distance de marche de la belle plage et Horseshoe Bay et tous les commerces et cafĂ©s. En bas se compose d'un repas dĂ©contractĂ© et salon avec tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, chauffage portatif et ventilateur de plafond. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Salle de bain avec baignoire balnĂ©o, douche sĂ©parĂ©e, WC et sĂšche-cheveux. Buanderie avec machine Ă  laver et sĂšche-linge. Au deuxiĂšme niveau, il y a un salon ouvert avec tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat LCD, lecteur DVD, lecteur CD et climatiseur Ă  cycle inversĂ©. Petite zone de barre humide. DeuxiĂšme salle de bain avec douche, WC et sĂšche-cheveux. Grande terrasse avec vue sur Victor Harbor, tout droit vers l'ocĂ©an et Ă  travers les pins jusqu'Ă  Horseshoe Bay. RĂ©glage extĂ©rieur et barbecue. Cour pavĂ©e fermĂ©e avec carport. .

What a wonderful house in Port Elliot, secure parking, great view from the balcony, close to the beach, walked every day, heard the waves roll in at night from my room, the shops and cafes 200m away. It was bliss! Thank you!

Great location but require proper cleaning and maintenance

We found property was unacceptably dirty and run down. It Requires maintenance, change of light bulbs, checking of PowerPoints, changing remote controls or battery in them. The property manager was unaware of the conditions and will change the cleaner. Also bring everything with you, including dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, tea, coffee, salt , paper, hand soap. The house is bare. Hopefully more improvements will be done as location is simply amazing.

Perfect location but the property needs some improvement

The location was absolutely perfect and the view from the balcony was stunning. Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn’t great, there were ants throughout the kitchen and in the cupboards, the floors didn’t feel clean under bare feet when we arrived, every room was dusty and the windows were absolutely filthy which meant you couldn’t take in the view unless we were on the balcony. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was very firm and felt like we were laying on the floor. There is a fair bit of maintenance required on the property as it’s tired including fixing the main light in the kitchen as it didn’t work. The lounge room window couldn’t be opened all the way which wasn’t ideal, we needed it open to let a breeze through to cool downstairs as the aircon is only upstairs. Picking up the keys wasn’t ideal, although we didn’t mind picking them up in Victor Harbor, there was no where to park and we drove around for 20 minutes trying to park. A tip is to just park in the LJ Hooker staff car park behind their building. In saying that, once we’d finally worked that out picking up the keys was very quick as they had them ready for us. LJ Hoojer we’re always very responsive and easy to deal with. We did have a great stay overall, it’s just disappointing when you spend so much to not be given a nice clean property, where everything works and has a comfortable bed. Off to the physio now!

Nice house in great location

This place is nice with well equipped kitchen. It was clean and well prepared. The only problem is the pickup and drop off of the key. It was inconvenient to go to the office located in Victor Harbor.

Very good location, spacious up as well as downstairs. Balcony is my fav feature, hard to beat having breakfast there with view out to the ocean and park plus nearby housing which dotted with lovely grand old homes.

The house was in a fantastic central location & walking distance to all areas at Port Elliot, very disappointing with the state of the house when we arrived. Very dirty. Floors were terrible, all cutlery/glasses had to be re-washed, the downstairs bathroom was disgusting & the power kept tripping out even when we had just a kettle on. Overall would not come back.
