Gorgeous House with Amazing Views

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Culburra Beach. The house decor was stunning the kitchen was so well equipped. The outdoor seating area by the amazing infinity pool just gorgeous, weather was perfect. We will definitely remember Easter 2024. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home and thank you for also being so accommodating with our last-minute request, much appreciated.

Amazing view unbelievable worth every cent

From the moment you walk in the view of the pool and ocean is breathtaking. Located in a quiet street not far from local shops and beach. Large home great open plan great outside dining area with large infinity pool. Only thing I would suggest is a high chair for families and fans in the bedrooms. Two bedrooms don’t have cooling and fans would be great especially the upstairs main bedroom. We will be back next summer.

Amazing Secret

We loved everything about our stay. Not familiar with the area we found this amazing house, and decided to book for our yearly getaway. Everything was impecable. The house was clean, linen great, space is very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for a family of cooks. To top it off was the pool as my mother is not comfortable to go in the surf anymore so the pool was a perfect alternative for her time with my children. Great walks in the area. We also mostly had rain and the house with ping pong table did not feel overcrowded with the six of us. Kath was perfect, in communication and the house clearly well maintained. We'll definately be back next year.

"UNMITIGATED DISASTER"

We arrived to a freezing cold house (and there were 2 children in our party) No cooking or hot water facilities. On 2nd night the wind breaker ties broke loose from their moorings and the wooden slats banged incessantly for the rest of our stay (we have video evidence of this) so none of us had any sleep for the rest of our stay. Standard of cleanliness a little dubious. When we approached the host Kath Duggan for some form of recompense she flat out refused. Beware of this property !!!

Although the booking was made in the name of Denis O'Sullivan, It was Denis O'Sullivan's partner, Liz, her son Paul, and her daughter, who were the ultimate guests from hell. This family were, hands-down, the worst guests to ever stay at our property. From the moment they arrived they attempted to exploit us in an effort to have a holiday for free. First they claimed they had no gas or hot water - as confirmed by the cleaner who attended the property within 30 mins of the complaint, there was in fact plenty of gas and hot water. The issue appeared to be that the O'Sullivan's (conveniently) did not follow the instructions in the Welcome Guide they received. They complained they couldn't get in to the garage. They complained the cooktop was not clean enough. They did not roll-up the outside blinds, and then complained that the wind was blowing. And on and on and on. Needless to say, this family of scammers will not be welcome again under any circumstances!

At last!!!

Lovely property on the headland at the southern end of Culburra Beach with room for everyone to find a nook with a spectacular view for themselves when wanting to zone out but coming together for meals and games made easy in this house. Fur-kids have room to roam while remaining safe too. The catering and meals side of things is made easy with options for cooking on the bbq or in the kitchen and eating in either space with large tables and comfy chairs to take in the views while waiting...... if you're there at the right time of the year you might be lucky enough to watch a whale or two swim by as well. Thanks Kath for facilitating the change of dates for us, you made a milestone birthday for one of our family a wonderful family time with plenty of memories in a beautiful home

Spectacular Views

We had a wonderful weekend away with our family. We had a few questions during our stay and the owner responded promptly. Beds were super comfy, plenty of open plan areas for relaxing and generally hanging out together. Kitchen was really spacious, very well appointed and stocked with loads of crockery, cutlery and utensils for entertaining. Thete was even an extra bar fridge in the Butler's Pantry which was an added bonus that came in really handy. Outdoor area with picturesque views was so very relaxing. We also had full use of a triple garage. Would book this property again without hesitation.

Absolute amazing!

From the booking process and checking in and out, it was such a simple process. The house is amazing and so relaxing. We were lucky enough to have great weather but even on those rainy days there are things to do. The house is equipped with puzzles, games and games room so you are never bored. The house was clean and all the furniture etc was comfortable. Thanks Kath for allowing us to spend the week at your gorgeous home.
