My wife and I purchased our first house in Beachwalk Isles in 2009, and with the downturn in the real estate market, decided to 'rescue' another house in Beachwalk in 2010. This second house is our rental home that we call 'Sparkling Waters', because of the way the sun shimmers on the south facing lake.

Why Dave or Jane McLachlan chose Beachwalk Isles
The house was built in 2002 and was completely remodeled in 2010. We originally used a property manager, but found that we could market the property better on our own. We have enjoyed giving a more personal experience for our guests!
