Great view!

Cozy fireplace and a great view with wonderful ocean sounds coming up the hillside from the beach below. We had a lovely stay here for a week over new years. Very quiet and secluded!

Perfect solitude

I had a wonderful stay. Quiet except for the wonderful crashing of waves. The sunsets were amazing. The home itself was comfortable and well-appointed. I would definitely come back again!

Honeymoon Replay

We stayed in the upper grand unit in Simy’s yellow house last year for our honeymoon. We decided to go for a short replay this year. The yellow house was booked so we tried the lower unit of the neighboring house - also Simy’s. The views from both houses are absolutely amazing and produce some of the best sunsets! We expected the lower unit to feel more closed in but it didn’t feel that way at all. The ceilings are much taller than normal and, with all the windows / sliding glass door facing the ocean, the unit feels quite spacious and open to the light and air. The hot tub is relaxing day or night and the neighborhood is very quiet. We’ll definitely be back to visit!
