Exceptional value for downtown! You will have access to the entire 4 bedroom home. Each bedroom has a locking door. We also have a 4 car driveway (pre-approve if needed - there is free parking in front of home as well), The home includes 4 bedrooms, 1 small kitchen w/ gas stove and oven, 1 bathroom (never a problem). Home also has laundry in back which can be used (only by request and approval during an extended stay - $2 donation per load applies toward utilities and soap).

Note: we have a twin mattress with cot that we setup if needed and an air mattress if needed for more people or kids if they are registered guests.

No un-registered guests are allowed on the premises. (Parties not allowed.) We have 2 additional units on the property. Stand alone garage unit detached from home, is home to our property manager/house keeper who can be scheduled for visits if needed, and can answer questions about the home. There is also a basement that has a separate entrance in the back of the home that is home to my 2 college kids Nick and Nina who work full-time also (Nina at Apple and Nick at Lazy Dog), so you will probably not even see them during your visit unless you park at the same time and see each other in the driveway (their front entrance is in the back of the house, so you will not see them in the front). They are very helpful with local information to answer questions upon request.

We have a property manager staying in a separate garage room unit who can also be scheduled to do extra cleanings, laundry for you, rides or assistant work. (Please schedule this in advance as based upon availability.)
