Very Peaceful

We loved our stay at the cabin. Every year we play in a golf tournament in Prescott and stay in a hotel. This year we thought we would try a house. It was great. It was so comfortable and quiet.

Very Welcoming

Terri had snacks and toiletries available if we needed it and a little book of tips for Prescott. It all felt very warm, welcoming, and homey. I definitely feel refreshed after our stay there.

Weekend get away

We came for snow, even though we didn’t get snow this place did not disappoint. Super cute short drive to hiking , and town . The cabin was so cute we will be back again! Thank you

Spacious home

The host,Teri, could not have done more for us. I few minor problems and boom they (she or husband) were on it. Definitely a 5 star host.

SO PEACEFUL

This delightful cabin was perfect for my solo weekend getaway from the city and first visit to Prescott. The property is beautiful, clean, spacious, and quiet with easy check-in and a courteous property manager. The glass wall overlooking the mountain trees is breathtaking - perfect for my yoga. A stay here will make you so glad to have NOT booked a hotel!

One of my favorite places!

My kids and I have stayed in this home 5 or 6 times now and always love it. The house is just 10 minutes out of town, but the neighborhood makes it feel remote. It is just 5 minutes away from Goldwater lake, but really just walking around the neighborhood is beautiful - and has it's own trail. The house itself is perfect for a family, with large living and dining spaces, a huge master bed and bath, and comfortable kitchen. Prices have always been very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

We wanted to get away from work and stuff for a few days. This place was great in terms of cleaniness and room. The only things that could be worked on was that the drive in was tricky. It is secluded but the roads are a little tough to get through. The other thing is that when we got there, it was very cold in the cabin and we only had two logs to get the fire place going. We woud have stopped and gotten some before arriving if we knew. Other than that it was a great place.

Really Great Cabin

We LOVED this house and location. Just 10 minutes from being in downtown, but the neighborhood felt remote and woodsy. We had 2 adults and 2 kids, and there was plenty of space for several more. The only negative I would note is that I messaged the property manager twice, and never receive any reply via the VRBO app.

Beware of Evolve Travel - They are incompetent!

I'm going to rate this stay in two parts. As for the owner, Terri, and the property itself, 5 out of 5. As for the Evolve Travel Team, the ones they use to process your payment, etc, I would rate them less than 0 out of 5. They were so bad that I will likely never stay at another VRBO that uses this company. To say we experienced problems would be an understatement. But the owner, Terri, was fantastic. Sometimes unavoidable things happen, I get it. The heating system broke, but Terri did everything she could; she arranged for an HVAC tech to show up the next day (unfortunately he couldn't fix the system), had space heaters delivered to the property, she reimbursed me for the fire logs I purchased, and she offered to refund the first night. She was responsive, apologetic, and understanding. She was awesome and helped salvage our vacation. Evolve, they were a disaster. I have never seen a company as inept and incompetent as them. Terri told them to refund our first night, what did they do, charged my account 5 MORE TIMES! I spent most of my vacation on the phone trying to fix their mistake. For the record, he we are over two weeks later and they STILL haven't refunded our first night. I wish I could post the emails / texts. They left me no choice but to file complaints. Nothing but excuses from them, now they won't even respond. I would gladly give Terri my business, but not Evolve. VRBO should ban that company from doing business on their platforom.

Holiday family getaway!

Great property and location for a quiet family holiday getaway. The property is very cute, and has plenty of room! The neighborhood is close enough to downtown but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle. Neighbors were all friendly too!

Peace and quiet

Will definitely book again. So nice and relaxing for my mom's 86th. You go up and around the mountain so it's very quiet and even though there are neighbors close by, it's still peaceful.Beds were very comfortable and nice bedding. We sat out on the porch most of the time and just relaxed. Saw some wild boars and baby piggies so definitely wildlife present. Will return to this little slice of heaven.

Fabulous Getaway

My wife and I had a fabulous getaway in this home in the Prescott National Forest. Quiet, beautiful, comfortable home. Highlights were the wrap-around deck surrounded by pine trees, the upgraded fully equipped kitchen, the 2-story floor-to-ceiling glass windows that showcased the top of the pines, and the charming Halloween/Fall decor throughout. The owner was very nice and accessible. This was also one of the cleanest rental properties we've ever stayed at. Even though we were secluded in the forest, we were so close to shopping, restaurants, and downtown. Truly a wonderful escape.

Easy to Navigate

Our only issue was figuring out the actual key pad is on the literal door we were exhausted from traveling though lol This home is set up with easy to use instructions 10 minutes from town and yet you still feel far away very quite community wish we could have stayed longer!

Mountain Home

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and close enough to town. Great coffee mugs, (large and new) and well appointed kitchen. Cute cabin decor. Thankful for well-appointed bathroom with hooks and racks for towels, nice hand soap, and soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower. Really nice and big master bedroom with comfortable bed.

Mountain Home

Nice stay. We were out most of the time, but good place to call home while we were here. Very quiet and comfortable. They thought of the little things that make a big difference like hooks in the bathroom and cute cabin decor. Also, well stocked kitchen. Perfect coffee mugs - nice and new and big.

very spacious and clean cabin

We loved the get away in the pines. the kitchen had everything we needed. I liked the towels that were thick and fluffy! Lots of storage for our "stuff" We especially enjoyed sitting on the back patio overlooking the trees enjoying a glass of wine. it was very quiet and peaceful. it was very close to downtown so that was great. thanks for a wonderful stay.

Highly recommended

We will definitely come back, cabin so nice and cozy. We booked for Thanksgiving, cabin had everything we needed for our thanksgiving dinner, dinning table for 9. We enjoyed the view, woke up to a white morning. Plenty of clean blankets Cleaning supplies available Washer and dryer Great parking space Security cameras available only outside Pretty much what you have at home it will be available, pretty well stocked.

Destress from the city life

We couldn’t have picked a perfect time for our getaway. I’m a native from Arizona and we have never been to Prescott. Never expected how amazing this cabin would be. Less than 10 minutes from downtown and historic Whiskey Row. This is truly our first getaway together as we usually travel with grandkids and other family members in our 35 years of marriage. It was just our luck that this cabin was available at the time we needed as our prior plans had canceled. I look forward to doing this again, 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.
