Close to ESPN

We stayed here because it was very close to the ESPN center for my son's sport event. The location was perfect. No great perks but it was comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed.

Spring break

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property is clean and quiet. We definitely got to relax. The pictures on the web site are 100% accurate. And the host very attentive any questions you have he answered all in a timely manner. Definitely would stay here again.

Disney Vacation

We originally booked this place for 2 nights but decided to extend our stay since we were going to Disney. The host was quick to respond and was able to honor the request. The pictures of the unit are exactly as seen and it had everything we needed for our stay.

Everything went smoothly, from obtaining the reservation to check out. The Property manager communicated with me to keep me informed every strep of the way. 10/10! we will stay again next time we go to Disney!

Best location

If you don’t want to stay with Disney due to how expensive it is be sure to book this unit it’s super clean not to far from Disney and it’s very clean a quiet plus the host is hands on and communication was on point the entire time my baby had a ball and she loved how colorful the unit was we will be booking again and appreciate MARK which was our host unit is awesome

Vert Cozy and Nice! I enjoyed my stay. I had a peace a mind where I would lay my head. Pool was refreshing to start my day. Owner was very communicative and I would like to stay again when I go up again for my Business trip in Orlando . Thank You Mark ! Ya'll keep up the good work :)

Amazing

I stayed here and it was exactly what was shown!! It was super clean and so easy to find for us. Very close to everything! Host was amazing and great communication if we had questions! The only thing I had a problem with is that the cleaning lady came knocking to let us know when to leave which I already knew what time i had to go. But other than that this was superb! One of the best places ever!

Nice place...

We enjoyed our extended stay and were happy the owners allowed us to bring our pooch. The condo was as pictured. We were mostly happy with everything in the place. Takes a while to figure out the tv's but we eventually got used to it. Only one drawback if i had to come up with one... this is a 3rd floor unit and there was no balcony. Other than that it is definitely worth what they asked for the rental.

Great location for us. Condo was as shown in the pictures.

The condo was the perfect location to get back and forth to Flamingo Crossing where our daughter was moving. It was also easy to all the Disney parks Disney Springs. Everything was a 10-15 minute drive. The condo itself was as pictured. Shower was hot with amazing water pressure. Beds were comfortable, but we are spoiled with sleeping on a King size bed-these were either full or queen. We only used the refrigerator and coffee maker, but there was a stove and other kitchen items if needed. Manager was great at sending instructions for getting in the condo. We arrived at night in the rain, and it did take us a minute to figure out we needed to walk in the first door to the left and then take the elevator on the right up to the 3rd floor to get into the condo. Parking is free and no added resort fees like other places that are close by. The apartment has been updated beautifully, but just know the floors and hallways leading to the unit are a bit older. We felt safe and slept well. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Tournament/Vacation

Small apartment, way too small for a family of 5. It looked more spacious online, in person we were having to maneuver around each other for the simplest tasks. Microwave is very oddly placed, it’s too low and does not give you any room to cook anything. We accomplished some quesadillas and even that was rough. Found a roach here and there. Overall very clean, just needs a little more TLC. We were in town for a soccer tournament, the ESPN fields were maybe 5-10min away with traffic. Magic Kingdom was also 10-15 min away with traffic. Very conveniently located. They do need to include an image of the outside of the facility, that was a definite shock, we expected something a lot nicer.
