A whole small, cute ground floor apartment to be rent for short periods of time, in Surco, near to the most importants Universities, Clinics, shop and Mall Centers in Lima
besides it is fully furniture, located in a very nice spot in Surco, Monterrico near to the Polo Avenue with Primavera Avenue, not far away from the American Embassy
it is a not smoking place it is a tiny one bed place, with a living room, dinning room, plus a small kitchen room as well as a toilet- shower room suitable for a single person or a couple
a small office is also here but not a suitable place for (Internet workers)
