BELFORD HOUSE ON THE RAIL TRAIL

Holiday in comfort at Belford House. This tastefully renovated holiday house offers excellent group stay comfort with minutes away from cafes, restaurants and shops. So many special touches have been included at the property to ensure a holiday which will cater to everyone's needs. Polished timber floors feature in the living areas with carpeted bedrooms and tiled bathrooms. A wood combustion heater is supported by split system A/C for year round comfort. With four bedrooms, the property can sleep up to eight people. Two bedrooms share access to an ensuite bathroom. A separate full bathroom with bath and shower has also been refurbished. Bedding consists of four queen beds. The spacious open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area creates the inclusive family feel while catering to a large group. The extremely well equipped stainless steel kitchen will please the cook and those cleaning up as well, with ceramic cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and easy clean surfaces. Fully equipped laundry facilities includes washer, dryer, airer, iron and ironing board. Outdoor living with BBQ and backyard space are located within the fully fenced yard together with a lock up bike shed.
Whilst we do anticipate Wi-Fi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wi-fi availability is dependent on the network provider. The owner will not be held accountable for network errors.
The tariff of $320 per night includes four people (two bedrooms) with extra charge of $40 per person per night (Up to 8 people).
If you require to have all rooms unlocked, there is a $50 fee so please advise when you book to ensure there is sufficient bedding.
One night stay by arrangement- $80 cleaning surcharge applies to one night stays.
Extra $60 charge if late checkout to 4pm is required.

Great location and size

Have stayed at Belford three times so far. A great house for a large booking. Great kitchen set up and large dining room table to sit around. A great outside deck to sit at and enjoy the evening

Belford House Myrtleford

Great location and very comfortable house in a picturesque part of Myrtleford and the kitchen living area is fantastic. Just a couple of things - there were no condiments whatsoever (so BYO Salt & Pepper etc), bring extra firewood as only enough for one night and bring tee towels as there was only one supplied and we stayed for 3 nights with seven people. We will definitely book again.

Great house for a group of people, walking distance to restaurants and shops The only downside is that the beds are so uncomfortable, the matteress needs replacing and a couple of bedrooms had a musty smell but that could be coz it’s winter

We loved our stay @ Belford House Rail Trail. So lovely & spacious for four 60+ cousins & our 80 year old uncle. The close proximity to the lovely restaurants & beautiful townships made for wonderful days & lovely evening walks 🥰 Only downside side was we didn’t have any salt, pepper,cooking oil or sauces for the fabulously appointed kitchen for our dinner at home evenings !!

Great family stay in Myrtleford

We really enjoyed our stay at Belford house and it was was perfect for our family of four. It was in a great location close to town with a great park down the road. We would not hesitate to book again if we return to the area.

Beautiful house, neat gardens and all basic essentials provided. The property has 4 bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Each room has a fan and an electric blanket for when it gets a little cold. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for use. No negative feedback on the property. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property owner is great and very friendly.
