PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA
O anfitrião é um poço de grosseria e agressividade. Sr. Ederson Will é arrogante e impõe regras que só existem na cabeça dele. Enfim... tive que remarcar a estadia pagando a mais pq foi exigência dele (apesar de ser ilegal, levando em conta as regras da Pandemia).
Com o cancelamento ele não quis devolver nada do dinheiro e, inclusive, se recusa a receber ligação da própria plataforma Vrbo.
Acho que pra ele falta profissionalismo, compaixão, parcimônia, coerência e humildade.

A reserva do Sr Joao foi trocado 3 vezes por mera liberalidade, conforme enviado para o VRBO, após 3 trocas, o mesmo alegou que nao poderia se hospedar devido a problemas pessoais, infelizmente nao temos como protelar reservas e absorver prejuízos contínuos. Sim toda conversa foi repassada ao VRBO, foi seguida todas diretrizes do Ministério do Turismo. Alias, como voce nao se hospedou, nao sei o motivo que eles permitiram sua avaliação, ja que sua reserva gerou no-show.
Segue parte da redação enviada ao VRBO, e basta ligar pro VRBO e desmascarar a CALUNIA levantada. Jamais deveria ser permitido uma pessoa sem compromisso fazer reserva on-line e gerar prejuizo as empresas e pessoas que trabalham corretamente. NAO RECOMENDO ACEITAR RESERVAS DESSE HOSPEDE, que deveria ser banido da comunidade VRBO por desrespeito, calunia, difamação e outros mais.

CLIENTE COM RESERVA NO-SHOW, SALIENTO QUE FIZEMOS 2 ALTERAÇÕES GRATUITAS PARA O HOSPEDE (JULHO DE 2020 E MARÇO DE 2021), mas o mesmo novamente nao compareceu, sempre alegando problemas pessoais e/ou covid. após 3 alterações gratuitas, nao foi possivel mais absorver tantos prejuizos causados pelo hospede.
