Convenient location

Location was very convenient for our stay while visiting Clarksville. Adam and Asury promptly responded when we were inquiring about extending our stay an extra night. Really appreciated that! Would stay there again!

Location was great!

I really wanted to stay close to our family that lives in Clarksville..... It was a home run because I could walk to their home if I wanted. Beds were so comfortable! Hope to stay again in the future.

Great place to stay!

We had to make adjustments to our groups size to my mother falling ill and unable to travel. so we ended up coming a day late and leaving a day early, but the accommodations were great and communication was great. I appreciated their understanding. We will definitely keep it in mind for the next time that we travel there!

Clean & Quiet

Patrick & JPI offered a very clean home in a good location to everything. Its hard to find a place who allows big dogs & have a fenced in yard. If I make it back to Clarksville I would stay here again. Thank you Patrick for being a great host.

Perfect place to stay in Clarksville

Our group traveling with two dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adam and Asury’s house. The house was well appointed with things needed for our stay and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hosts are extremely responsive and contacted us during our stay to ensure all was going well. It is in a good location, easily accessible and a short distance to all major roads, highways, restaurants, shopping, APSU, and other local attractions. Having a large fenced in back yard provided plenty of space for our dogs to get regular runs in while we were there. We visit Clarksville yearly and will definitely look into renting this house for future visits there.

Went the extra mile.

The owners went above and beyond to correct a few hiccups from the previous tenants. They called several times to make sure a few problems were dealt with quickly and make sure we were satisfied. This rental could have gone south quickly, but the owners are truly caring people and made sure we had a great stay.

It was a rough month for us


It was a rough stay for us. Between the ants infesting the kitchen to the toilet that was leaking, it was definitely not what we were hoping for in a month-long stay. To be fair, the property manager was extremely responsive, but it took 2 trips from pest control and 2 trips from the plumber to address the leaky toilet before we gave up and decided we needed to just make it work. The ants improved over what it was and the leaky toilet wasn’t as bad as it was originally, so we made do. But we were definitely hoping for a much more comfortable stay!

Hi, we are Asury and Adam. We own and operate a real estate investing business. We are also a military family, as Adam served in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Team Sgt. for a Combat Dive Team. He has proudly served our country for over 15 yrs. Asury has a medical background, particularly, in the ophthalmic field. We both decided to retire from our previous professions to dedicate our time completely to our real estate business. We self manage our properties and have built a great team to help us scale and provide an awesome Airbnb experience.

We are longtime residents of Clarksville, TN., and we're very knowledgeable about the immediate and surrounding areas.

We are a family of 5 with 1 fur baby. We enjoy doing family-friendly activities. We, too, love traveling and understand the importance of comfort, space, and privacy especially, in a military town where families are constantly visiting or transitioning. We love using AirBnB during our travels. In fact, that's what inspired us to become hosts ourselves.

Fun facts about us: Adam is from Mississippi and learned Russian as a second language in the military. Asury is from Panama (the country) and her first language is Spanish. We can't live without coffee! Our favorite foods are sushi and Mexican. We love supporting local small businesses and highly encourage our guests to check them out as well.
