Great house, fabulous location

Very spacious with everything you could possibly need. Games room was a hit with the teenagers. Great to be able to walk into town and Cowes beach. Owner was prompt to get serviceman for airconditioner. Her communication was first rate. Thank you Jacqui.

Great house and location

The house was extremely comfortable and well-equipped for our group of 2 grandparents, 4 other adults and 3 grandchildren. As well, the games room and the spa were a massive hit. It is within walking distance of the shopping centre and located in a quiet court. Our host went out of her way to communicate clearly and in a timely fashion. We had a wonderful weekend.

Returned for a second time

We stayed here a year ago and enjoyed the property so much that we brought friends with us this time. Great property. Plenty of room to spread out and walking distance to the shops and beach.

Perfect House & Location

This is a large house and spacoius block with lots of room for a couple of familys or group of friends. Everything you will ever need provided. Short walk to Cowes, cafes, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Beach wasn't far away either. The bed configuration was good and they were nice and comfy. The swim spa was just perfect to relax in and easy to use. Although close to Cowes the neighbourhood was very quier for a peaceful night sleep. Our host provided great communication.

Surprise gem with 90s nostalgia feels

We had a very enjoyable and smooth stay at their Phillip island holiday house. Plenty of space, walking distance to shops and beach a mega plus for me, love not having to get in the car all the time. The 90s nostalgia is complimentary (ah miss those days..) and the photos really do not give the place justice! Spa, outdoor shower, games room, comfy beds, 2 spacious lounge rooms, pet friendly.. what more do you need?

Wonderful property

Great family getaway. Wonderful house & location, so close to town & the beach you can walk everywhere. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication & would definitely recommend. My family had a wonderful time & we would definitely stay here again.

Great home and great location

We had a group of riders down for the world super bike races. The home was fantastic and we were able to park all our bikes in the garage. The best thing was the hot spa - so relaxing after a day at the races.

Great family home

We had a fabulous stay, 3 teenage boys who were kept occupied the whole time. Beds very comfortable, great having seperate living areas, close to town and beach.

Fantastic holiday house

We had a fantastic family stay at this well setup house. Close to shops and beach. Hosts provided easy instructions and lots of personal touches to make stay easy. We will definitely be back.

Great family house

This was the perfect house for our group of 9 people ranging in age from 1 to 74. There was plenty of room, beds etc with the kitchen at the centre. We mainly ate outside under the covered patio area. Great for a big family group. The staples in the kitchen were appreciated and also the bath products. The proximity of the supermarkets made food purchase easy. Everyone loved the huge spa and the children enjoyed playing table tennis. I would recommend this rental for a family both for the accomodation and location.

Phillip Island for a few days

We had a great stay at Hotham, what a gem of a holiday house. So much space, well equipped and very comfortable. We didn't even get a chance to explore the games room and spa! The large frame TV got a good workout as did the lounge rooms. Highly recommended and thanks for allowing us to stay for a few days.

Phillip Island wider family vacation

Great property for our three generation family vacation. Well appointed with heaps to entertain. Location is very convenient to Thompson Ave Cowes and the boat ramp. The endless spa was enjoyed by all.

Comfortable stay

The property was spacious and very well-equiped throughout, from entertainment options to kitchen amenities. Lovely quiet area, walking distance to beach and shops. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay :)
