Wine-inspired B&B connected to the Bluegrass vineyard and winery. The home is easily accessible to I-65, yet is quietly nestled in the countryside among rolling hills. A beautiful 3-tiered water fountain greets you at the entrance. There are three bedrooms, with one King and two Queen beds, full kitchen, laundry, and living room area with a sectional and a large eating or gathering area for small get-togethers. Come enjoy a sampling in the tasting room and receive $1 off per bottle discount for being a guest!

Stay near Mammoth Cave Park

This was a great place to stay with friends while visiting Mammoth Cave Park. After hiking we enjoyed coming back to the lovely house and sitting on the patio. We enjoyed wine tasting at the winery.

Beautiful, clean, and quiet!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house and property are wonderful, beautifully decorated, and (what is most important to me, personally) very, very clean. It was a restful and quiet evening. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Kentucky.

Everything you could want

This is a beautiful home and we will definitely be coming back. The views are wonderful and it's so peaceful. The winery next door is also wonderful with great tasting wines at reasonable prices. The owners are so nice and are there to answer any questions. Can't say enough about this place. We really enjoyed the waffles! Everything is right there in the kitchen cabinet to make them.

Wonderful

The house is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The back porch is a great place to sit and admire the lovely view. The wine tasting next door was fun and the people were most friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, relaxing stay.

Check in was very easy. A well stocked and labeled kitchen that included breakfast supplies. The home is very spacious and we enjoyed relaxing on the covered back patio. Friendly staff at the winery where we enjoyed a tasting and purchased some bottles of our favorites. We would definitely come back!

Convenient, upscale lodging!

The Bluegrass Winery house is an impeccably clean, well-designed house in a beautiful, relaxing farm setting. Jessica is very responsive, very accommodating, and personable. If you are visiting either Bowling Green or Mammoth Cave National Park, this property is very convenient to both. The covered back porch is where we spent most of our time, gazing out on the cows, goats, rolling hills, and vineyards. I highly recommend this property! The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, utensils, pans, etc. If you plan to cook, you can really get it done in this kitchen. 5-stars for sure! David B

Large beautiful home!

It was much larger than the three of us needed, but we still wish we had stayed an extra day. The home was beautiful and so clean and organized. I don't want to, but if I had to complain, it would be that the ice maker did not work. Having let the owner know ahead of time that we would not be arriving until nearly 11 p.m., the no ice information would have been great (especially since the ice trays in the freezer were empty too. Otherwise, we would highly recommend a stay here!

Best VRBO ever!!

There won’t be enough space for me to say just how great this place is! We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this one definitely is the best ever. From the moment we booked, til we arrived, til we left, it exceeded our expectations. The check in process is super easy and we were amazed at how large and accommodating this place is - we had everything we needed in the kitchen (it’s extremely well stocked for cooking!) and we felt very safe and secure especially during Covid with how they had it set up. Jessica and Drew were so accommodating to anything we needed and we actually began to feel this was our home away from home. We spent 5 weeks here so we can tell you, you must try this place!!!! We will be back for sure - it’s close to Bowling Green where our family lives, and we fell in love with the sweet town of Smiths Grove where this house is - and it’s close to Mammoth Cave where we walked trails quite often. Longest review ever, but they deserve it!!!!

This is not a house, beware!

We rent single family homes for the quiet and privacy. This was neither. This isn't even a duplex with a proper separation. It's a building that was built as a home, but the owners put a business in what would have been the 4th bedroom, or maybe an attached garage. The problem is that the business operates from as early as 8 am to late after dark, without any sound proofing, just a regular interior door to separate the two. They do not keep their promises of operating only during posted hours. It was just constant noise from the business the three days we were there. And they can hear everything we do, as well. That's a distinct lack of privacy. I had to go over our last night there and ask the noisy employees to leave, hours after they were supposed to be closed, because we wanted to go to bed. The business is right next to our bedroom! How crazy is that? We were very disappointed. We should have left as soon as we arrived. That was our mistake. This is not as advertised. Beware. However, the part of the house we rented itself with the grounds would be 5 stars, if you don't need quiet or privacy.

Wonderful Mammoth Cave Trip

We traveled to see Mammoth Caves and found our stay the perfect, quiet getaway we needed! The house was amazing and a nice welcome for tired adventurers. We enjoyed our stay very much. And the elderberry wine is divine.

Bluegrass Vineyard Stay

The Bluegrass Vineyard B&B is a great place to stay. Spacious, clean, quiet. Right next door is the Vineyard tasting room and the people working there are the best and will help to make your stay very enjoyable including suggestions for area restaurants. They had line dancing one of the nights we were there which was an unexpected treat and fun evening. Don’t miss this great place to stay.

Family outing for cave tours

Property was immaculate very clean place recommended highly I give it five stars. Management prompt responses whenever needed. Too short!!

Our stay was entirely too short (just 1 night) but we absolutely loved the immense amount of space that we got to enjoy! We enjoyed eating breakfast on the back patio and the proximity of the property to Mammoth Cave. The host was very kind and helped to arrange for us to retrieve something we left behind!

It was our dream to have a winery. We love to be able to share the experience with you of staying the night at a functioning winery!

This property is located on mile from Interstate 65, it sits atop Mammoth Cave on 30 acres of rolling hills, and is connected to Bluegrass Vineyard. This location provides privacy and relaxation, along with premium Kentucky wine! We are close to several attractions such as Mammoth Cave, Lost River Cave, the Corvette Museum and Track, Beech Bend park, Kentucky Down Under, Adventures Mammoth Cave, and some amazing antique shops!

Guests staying at this property will receive $1 per bottle discount on all wines purchased during your stay. You may walk through the vineyard at your leisure, or request a guided tour (available by appointment). This is a fully functioning winery! We grow our own grapes and have a harvest usually in late August. We ferment, process, and bottle all of our wine in the production building behind the BnB and tasting room (don't worry, it's far enough away from the house that you will not be bothered by production). On the porch of the production building, we offer music events a few nights out of the month that are usually done by 9pm, and have to be done by 10pm according to our ordinance. Events are typically on Saturday evening. You are welcome to sit on the back porch and listen, or come join us in our public event (there are also some private events). All of the staff at Bluegrass Vineyard are like extended family! We offer a fun and family friendly environment!
