Open plan living with bifold doors opening onto the grand front deck wonderful for morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoons. This beautiful home has a large undercover area leading out to the swimming pool and Bali hut. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with professionally laundered linen

Unlimited free Wifi and Netflix provided including 75” smart TV in lounge room, TV in each bedroom and undercover outdoor area.

Secure packing for two cars in double lock up garage and on street parking.

Professionally laundered bed linen, bath, hand towels and face washers etc are provided complementary with your stay to provide you with a hygienic hotel quality experience.

Basic essentials, such as coffee, tea, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc are provided to cover your first night stay.

Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother with complimentary pods to get you started.

Easy to park and the facilities at the house were first rate. Great front and rear decks and the pool was very private and clean. There were lots of provisions provided and there was also a Nepresso machine. The beds were also very comfortable.

A home away from! It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and most comfortable. Pantry items, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishware, towels and toiletries, anything you can think of was there and the quality was amazing. The pool was fantastic and we had a great time relaxing by the poolside. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. We would definitely revisit. Perfect family stay

We loved our stay here. The house was perfectly set up with all the essentials you need for a family trip. The outdoor space was secure and great for our pup to move about. The kids loved the pool and parks nearby too. Close to the beach, cafes and shops but far enough away to have peace & quiet.

Mark was fabulous from the beginning; super accommodating and friendly. The house is exactly as pictured and has a fabulous vibe. The kitchen is so well stocked with appliances, condiments, storage, glassware etc, you really feel you're living in someone's home. Everything was very clean. Lovely linen. Loved the decor and the two separate outdoor living areas. You could easily spread out if you wanted space. Lots of fun reminiscing our childhoods on the seated arcade game from the 80s! Spent lots of time in the pool after being at the beach and enjoyed cups of tea under the Bali hut first thing in the morning. Highly recommend and would love to return in the future. Thanks to Mark and Karin for sharing their beautiful space with us!

What a wonderful place to stay with our family and old dog. The house was amazing, definitely needed the pool. We loved being in the quiet suburbs walking our dog in local parks. Beautiful house with pool, surf boards, bikes, games and more! Stunning entertaining areas, modern and fun house. Walking distance to Burleigh township, shops, restaurants, beach and shopping centre. You won’t need anything else and will love your stay. We didn’t want to leave. Hosts are lovely.

Fantastic Family Holiday House

We had the most wonderful holiday at the Burleigh Beach Pad. The outdoor entertaining area adjoining the pool provided the perfect setting for our family get-together. The location allowed for pristine morning coastal walks. We were thrilled with the special personal touch of a welcome message and chocolates and the use of exceptional kitchenware and appliances. This is a beautiful, spacious, well-equipped house that we look forward to visiting again.

Great destination and house if you’re looking for a day in the pool or day at the beach! Very spacious setup for family of 6. Owners very helpful. Great outdoor areas to enjoy a bbq, beer and balmy Queensland night with the family. Plenty of tellys to keep all guests entertained. International guests loved the cooling in each room. Great location to experience the heart of Burleigh heads. Will definitely be back in the future!

Perfect stay

The Burleigh beach pad was better than we expected! The photos don’t do it justice. The house and pool are well maintained and comfortable for our group of adults and children. The pantry was stocked with staples, there was ample cleaning supplies. Mark and Karin were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’d all very happily go back. The location is great too, walking distance to James St shopping and eating precinct.
