Your own piece of paradise only minutes from Burleigh surf beach, the famous James Street restaurants and shops. Fully equipped well presented home with all the features needed to make your holiday one to remember. Open plan living with bifold doors opening onto the grand front deck wonderful for morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoons. This beautiful home has a large undercover area leading out to the swimming pool and Bali hut. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with professionally laundered linen

Unlimited free Wifi and Netflix provided including 75” smart TV in lounge room, TV in each bedroom and undercover outdoor area.

Secure packing for two cars in double lock up garage and on street parking.

Professionally laundered bed linen, bath, hand towels and face washers etc are provided complementary with your stay to provide you with a hygienic hotel quality experience.

Basic essentials, such as coffee, tea, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc are provided to cover your first night stay.

Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother with complimentary pods to get you started.

We take pride in providing a hygienically clean property, all guest are required to treat it with the same respect.

The beach pad was perfectly presented with everything you need and want. So much room to relax and enjoy with the family. Mark and Karin were great hosts and communicated well throughout the trip. The house is an easy walk to James street and the beach, very convenient.Would highly recommend to anyone.

Easy to park and the facilities at the house were first rate. Great front and rear decks and the pool was very private and clean. There were lots of provisions provided and there was also a Nepresso machine. The beds were also very comfortable.

2025 Family Holiday

Home away from home. Comfortable, clean, and large rooms. Outdoor pool was great, even if it was a bit chilly. Our teens loved it.

Look no further

This was our second visit and enjoyed the space, facilities and closeness to the beach. We wanted this holiday to be a time to remember with my son and the Burleigh Beach Pad helped make this happen in many ways. The owners are very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this accommodation

Summer Holiday

The property was immaculately presented and is fantastic for families, having well set out indoor and outdoor areas. We particularly enjoyed the covered entertaining area. Burleigh Waters Resort

Our extended family from toddler to granny plus 2 little dogs loved our stay in this beautiful home. Huge outdoor entertaining areas plus BBQ, pool, toys, bikes and surfboards. We enjoyed spending most of our time at the house. All air-conditioned and fans and TVs in every bedroom and a huge one in the family room for the toddler. All on one level with a double carport with remote. The pool was great with a large step for toddler to stand on and very refreshing. Very safe with glass pool fence and child proof gates. Green parrots visited every afternoon around the pool. A very quiet residential area, close to beach, supermarkets and James Street.We will be back!!

Enjoyable

We spent nine very comfortable days at the house and it was quite lovely. The owners Mark and Karin were very helpful allowing us to check in slightly early. The pool was put to good use by my grand children and they allowed my nephew to stay at no extra charge which they did not have to do. All in all we had a most enjoyable stay and can recommend it to all who might wish to stay in Burleigh waters. There is also very nice farmers market at the elementary school if you happen to stay with a Saturday during your vacation. The reason for the overall rating of four stars was that one of the advertised features which was the bbq was unusable although in the owners defence they did offer to have it replaced and I declined as I did not wish to wait around for someone to deliver it. The one thing that was a concern is the step between the kitchen area and the living room, it is definitely a trip hazard and should be made more distinguishable.

Simply Spectacular

The accommodation was far beyond our expectations with ample cooling, space for everyone to come together and also own quite time areas. Very comfortable beds, and so much entertainment provided including retro arcade games, large TVs, pool, bikes, surf boards etc etc... I had search over many homes suitable for my son's special needs, and this one ticked all boxes, with lots of planning in the making for this special trip from Melbourne ,specifically to enjoy the waves at the surf beach which was a huge success. Mark was very kind and responsive to our requests, checking in to see how we were travelling. We highly recommend the Burleigh Beach Pad and hope to one day stay again.

Fantastic Family Holiday House

We had the most wonderful holiday at the Burleigh Beach Pad. The outdoor entertaining area adjoining the pool provided the perfect setting for our family get-together. The location allowed for pristine morning coastal walks. We were thrilled with the special personal touch of a welcome message and chocolates and the use of exceptional kitchenware and appliances. This is a beautiful, spacious, well-equipped house that we look forward to visiting again.

Relaxing

This house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and so much more. The house has gone above and beyond with such things as bikes to ride, board games, toys for the little ones, beach towels, and toiletries, to name a few. The communication with Mark was great and he accommodated to our request so kindly. The beds are super comfy. We would like to visit again one day. The house is located in a very good place - close to the beach and the shops. Highly recommend.

Perfect location and everything you need.

Beautiful house with pool, surf boards, bikes, games and more! Stunning entertaining areas, modern and fun house. Walking distance to Burleigh township, shops, restaurants, beach and shopping centre. You won’t need anything else and will love your stay. We didn’t want to leave. Hosts are lovely.

Gold Coast Holiday

Mark & Karin were excellent hosts. The property was as described and had all the amenities we could ever want. Checking into the property was easy with clear instructions on how to access the front gate and keys to the front door. The cleanliness of the property was immaculate. Perfect family stay

We loved our stay here. The house was perfectly set up with all the essentials you need for a family trip. The outdoor space was secure and great for our pup to move about. The kids loved the pool and parks nearby too. Close to the beach, cafes and shops but far enough away to have peace & quiet.

We came up from Vox and NSW to support grand daughter competing in Nationals Track and Field

Beautiful property

Family getaway

What a wonderful place to stay with our family and old dog. The house was amazing, definitely needed the pool. We loved being in the quiet suburbs walking our dog in local parks. Close drive or walk to Burleigh beach and shops. We felt like we were at home. Thanks to Mark and Karin for a wonderful holiday experience.

Perfect stay

The Burleigh beach pad was better than we expected! The photos don’t do it justice. The house and pool are well maintained and comfortable for our group of adults and children. The pantry was stocked with staples, there was ample cleaning supplies. Mark and Karin were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’d all very happily go back. The location is great too, walking distance to James St shopping and eating precinct.
