Come stay with us! This Luxury condo, one of the newer properties at Purgatory Resort, offers gorgeous views of the Needles Mountain range from the deck and several rooms. The condo is beautifully decorated and functionally set up to accommodate any grouping of people. From honeymooners to families there is something for all. The kitchen showcases beautiful granite countertops, gas range/oven, dishwasher, reverse Osmosis drinking water system, Keurig and blender. It is stocked with all the necessary cooking spices, pans, dishes, utensils, and can sit 6 at the bar and 6 at the dining table. The living room offers a leather sofa, ottoman and 2 luxurious recliners to relax next to the gas fireplace and take in the beautiful views of Purgatory lake and the Needles Mountains. Dish cable, DVD player, Apple Tv and Netflix can be viewed here as well.

The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and screens on the doors and windows for ventilation in the warmer months. Blissful sleep awaits in the master suite. The Purple king mattress and bamboo sheets invite relaxation. Enjoy the same exhilarating Needles view, gas fireplace and TV in here as well. The master bathroom has a soaking tub and shower. The south side of the condo offers the tree house suites. The guest bedroom views the Needles Mountains as well as the Columbine lift and pine trees adjacent to the building. There is a comfy pillow top king bed, and a Pack-in -play can be found in the closet. The treetop bunk room has 2 twin bunk beds and a trundle offering sleeping for 5. Complimentary lego bins next to the windows for children's enjoyment. There are 2 bathrooms in the main hallway. One with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The den is equipped with a queen pull out sofa bed, TV, Dish cable, wii gaming system, Netflix and DVD player. There are wii games available. In the closet can be found an inflatable queen bed, sheets and pillows.

One of the best perks of staying at this condo in the winter months besides the amazing skiing, snowboarding and winter activities, is the view of the Needles Mountains from the recliners warming by the fire. Just a short 2 minute walk from the front door and up the steps to the plaza and ski lifts, excitement and resort adventures await at any season. Access to the Durango Mountain Club is included! Heated year round pool, hot tub and fitness club.

Great condo for skiing! We loved being so close to the lifts. Everything was clean and the host provided a helpful welcome guide with info about the condo, things to do in the area, etc. We had everything we needed to cook meals for our family of 8. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location and Condo!

We have stayed at several VRBO's over the years and this one was by far the most stocked of any we had ever stayed in. There were plenty of cooking supplies and plates along with a whole cabinet of spices. The location to the slopes was perfect. Originally our daughter was going to bring a couple of friends but they couldn't go so there was only 5 of us. We had plenty of room. With the bunk beds in the one room, this condo will easily sleep 10 people. The location is literally a walk up a couple flights of stairs to the lifts. We will defiantly look at staying here again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

We had an amazing time! Family was coming in at different times and no one had any issues. The directions were right on. Walking distance to the pool, shops, and mountain.

Great location and base for our first family skiing trip

We really enjoyed our visit here. The property was in great condition, had plenty of space, and was a great location for our first family skiing trip. We'd happily stay here again on our next trip!

Beautiful family place right at the base

We had 10 family members stay comfortably for 3 nights in this beautiful condo just down some steps from the main base area. The first floor location made unloading and loading much easier. The couch in the den converts to a queen bed with a mattress topper, so we had enough bedrooms for 3 couples and 4 kids in the bunk room. We loved having the toys in the bunk room for the little ones to play with when they weren’t interested in skiing and the teens enjoyed playing Wii sports in the evenings. The location was perfect for lunch breaks and switching adults watching the kids during the day. Everything was clean and matched the description. The host quickly responded to my questions before the trip. Overall a great place to stay!

Wonderful Family Ski Trip

Condo was very clean and accommodating for our family of four plus another family of 5. The views from the balcony are just beautiful. Condo is very convenient to the village and main lodge. You literally just walk up the steps and you are there! Would highly recommend and love how family friendly Purgatory is. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Family Getaway

Our family had a very enjoyable stay in this clean and comfortable condo. The title description is 100% accurate -- Luxury Condo with Amazing Views! Since our stay was at the end of July and we had warm afternoon weather. We were prepared with a couple of small stand-alone fans we took with us and used in the living area to move the air.... worked great. Open windows and ceiling fans in the bedrooms kept the place cool in the evenings. The condo is very nicely decorated and has a spacious balcony to sit and enjoy the amazing view. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future. Thank you Katauna!

Great location, perfect condo!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property. The listing was spot on and there were no surprises. It was so convenient to be on the mountain and within a minute or two walk of the main ski lift. I definitely recommend getting any groceries you need when you first arrive and before going up the mountain as it's about 20 or so minutes to the nearest grocery store. The kids loved the bunk beds and the supplied games and toys. Plenty of space to spread out and the ski/snowboard area outside the front door was so nice and convenient. We especially loved being able to turn the fireplace on to warm up after a long day skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

Hello! Welcome to our family condo! We purchased here at Peregrine Point when our 3 boys were still in ski school here at Purgatory. We have enjoyed many seasons of outdoor adventures together. Now that the boys have grown, and are enjoying their college experiences, we would like to share our little bit of heaven with you. We live just 90 miles south in Farmington, NM. We are originally from Texas and Washington state, Purgatory resort allows us a short drive to get in our "green and tree fix". We love skiing, snowboarding, traveling, hiking, mountain biking, camping, paddle boarding, and enjoying this beautiful world. We hope when you visit, you will be able to feel the peacefulness and serenity of the mountains and enjoy the adventures that await you in beautiful Colorado.

This is a ski in and ski out condo! Just a few steps away from the main plaza at Purgatory resort you have access to all the summer and winter activities the mountain has to offer. The plaza is the hot spot for dining, shopping, lift tickets, outdoor rentals and more.The condo is located adjacent to Purgatory lodge where the resort fitness center, heated pool, hot tub and spa are located. .

Peregrine Point 102 is the perfect locations for travelers looking for location, convenience, luxury and simplicity. This condo can sleep 10! With first floor access, it's an easy walk across the parking lot and up the steps to the plaza. The condo boasts beautiful views and furnishings, thick towels, soft sheets, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and a spacious functional kitchen!
