Nuestro lujoso apartamento independiente de 1 dormitorio, totalmente amueblado, tiene vista al impresionante Centro de Convenciones de Darwin y al área frente al mar. Ubicado en el 4to piso, es solo un viaje en ascensor a algunos de los mejores restaurantes de Darwin y a solo un corto paseo de Darwin CBD.

Perfecto para 2 amigos, una pareja o una familia pequeña, nuestro apartamento tiene todo lo que necesita y está justo al lado del Centro de Convenciones, Wave Pool, el histórico Stokes Hill Wharf, junto con todo lo que Darwin tiene para ofrecer. Simplemente las mejores vistas y la mejor ubicación en Darwin para negocios o placer.

El apartamento acaba de ser reformado con muebles nuevos.

Perfect Darwin Waterfront location

The view and the balcony were excellent. Also, very close to waterfront district and our meeting at the covention center. Would recommend this place!

Darwin Retreat

One of the best holidays I've ever had. Location was superb, accommodation was very good, local amenities were amazing and customer service was very good. Almost endless supply of eating establishments. Mindil Beach markets an absolute must as is Litchfield National Park.

Location location location

This property felt like a home away from home, in a location that is ideal! Shopping food and activities right at your doorstep. The host was very friendly and the communication was really great. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again when I visit Darwin :)

Great plce in waterfront

Well appointed apartment in heart of waterfront. Great views, swimming lagoon right on doorstep and some great restaurants. Host was very easy to deal with. Would definately recommended to others.

Rest and Restore

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights to get a break from the big smoke. The location, as most guests would agree, is second to none. Very convenient to the foreshore and CBD. Overlooking the Beach Club was a bonus !

Great unit with very easy access and perfect location. Swimming beach only 30 seconds from door and wave park 2 mins away. Restaurants and cafes galore with great food right at your doorstep.

Thank you Debra, for your review & taking care of our apartment. Our Airconditioning Unit was completely repaired in April this year. If only you had informed us that the AC was not working, we would have taken immediate action. Apon arrival their the newly arrived guested informed us that the AC was not working. We had a AC technician attend within the next couple of days. He informed us the Newly installed AC compressor has failed. As warranty claims and part availability takes time to process. To solve the problem, we immediately purchased a mobile 4.7 Kilowatt AC Unit and it is working well as the new guest has informed us. Meanwhile we are endeavouring to get the Apartment’s AC Unit fully operational. sorry for you inconvinience. Alvaro

Perfect location

Great well appointed apartment overlooking harbour..had everything we needed....enjoyed balmy nights on deck. unfortunately bbq didn't work otherwise loved stay and intend returning...NB...bath slippery and would be restrictive for some climbing into for shower.

Apartment was festive & luxurious at best location

We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived at this beautiful apartment. It was very clean, exotic and tastefully decorated with all the thoughtful extras provided. All the furniture was very comfortable and new. The location was the best in Darwin and just outside your door are different restaurants to suit everyone. The owner was also honest and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Darwin and plan to come back and stay here again.

Fabulous place to stay

The apartment was fabulous, we were very comfortable and content. Teapot, dishwasher, washing machine, parking, air conditioning and overhead fans, the egg chair on the verandah was a winner, . The views are beautiful and diverse all of the day, from sunrise, to watching the people playing volleyball, playing on the aqua park and the general goings on around the lagoon. The restaurants on the waterfront are yummy, an evening walk around the lagoon is lovely. Can’t wait to go back.

It was brilliant!

Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen tap and shower hose need some plumbing work done and the kitchen is a bit dark when cooking. Small concerns as overall it was just lovely and will definitely try to book it again and recommend to friends.

Short time in PARADISE

10/10 Rating for the communication from the property manager. The neighbours in the complex were very lovely people and private. The apartment was something else!! A lot of room, and there was nothing more you needed except your clothes. We had 9 night staying there, I wanted to move in permently. But unfortunately needed to go back to reality no fly back home to Melbourne.

What an amazing stay we had in Buena Vista , 2nd time staying here , it’s location is unbeatable, hosts are amazing too we had an issue with the internet and they resolved it very quickly. Would definitely recommend a stay here , bath is very slippy be warned 😜

Fantastic apartment.Clean, spacious & comfortable with a lication that couldn't be better.Located above fabulous restaurants ( though surprisingly very little noise) the view of Stokes harbour "the beach" & out to sea were gorgeous as were the lights at night. Only a short walk to town & supermarkets etc.We would absolutely stay here again The only negative was the gas bottle was empty so no bbq's but a minor complaint.
