We had a great stay. The house is in a wonderful area and we enjoyed having so much space and a fantastic garden. It is nearby several lovely beaches and nice towns to visit. Lots of bakeries and supermarkets to choose from also. I would definitely return to the area and the house. It would be much easier to check in via a lock box rather than trying to arrange to meet up with the agency, I would suggest this as the only improvement to an otherwise perfect stay.

Ein großes Haus in sehr ruhiger und schöner Lage mit tollem Garten!

Wir haben als Familie den Aufenthalt in direkter Nähe des Städtchens Concarneau sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß und gut aufgeteilt und liegt in einer wunderschönen Straße. Mehrere Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und bei Fragen direkt zur Stelle. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

La maison est spacieuse, très propre et surtout près de la mise à l'eau pour nos maris pêcheurs. Quand à nous, nous avons visité le magnifique quartier du Cabellou, ses plages et ses rochers. Séjour parfait pour tous.

Maison de vacances très bien située à 150m de la plage. Pièces grandes et très claires. Le seul bémol est que les pièces de vie sont au 1er étage et l'on profite moins facilement du jardin.

Idéalement placée et tout confort

La maison est très bien pour 6 personnes. Le jardin est très agréable. Enfin l’océan est tout proche (100m) ainsi que du sentier côtiers. Je recommande cette location qui était de plus très propre a notre arrivée. En résumé d’excellentes vacances !

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans la propriété d'Olivier, très spacieuse maison, proche de nombreux sentiers du littoral ce qui permet d'accéder à de nombreuses plages. De plus, la maison est très lumineuse, très calme et très bien équipée. Le jardin est également très agréable. Autrement, Olivier est aux petits soins pour vous. Nous espérons revenir prochainement dans ce très bel endroit qu'est Le Cabellou.

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil, perfekt für große Familien!

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und vier Kinder) haben vom 29.06. - 20.07.2019 drei tolle Wochen (perfektes Wetter) im Haus von Olivier und Sylvie verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Herauszuheben ist der riesige Garten, in dem die Kinder viel gepielt haben und in dem wir oft im vorhandenen Grill gegrillt haben. Zu den Stränden ist es je nachdem, welchen man sich heraussucht, sehr nahe. Man ist auch zu Fuss innerhalb von 5 -15 min an mehreren schönen Stränden. Der Hausstrand ist sogar nur etwa 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Auch die Kommunikation erfolgte immer sehr rasch und gezielt. Wir können daher das Haus wirklich empfehlen! Beautifully located, very well equipped and spacious house

We had a fantastic time at this house in Concarneau. It was amazing to have the beach just 3 minutes walk away. The house itself was everything we could have wanted, and the bikes and table tennis table were great additions. All communication with Olivier was excellent and his mother was helpful and delightful at check-in and check-out. A lovely house in a lovely location. Thank you!

Grande Maison agréable et tres calme

Cette maison correspondait tout à fait au descriptif. Elle est très claire, bien exposée, très propre et dispose d’un équipement complet. Son grand jardin entierement clos est vraiment un plus avec de jeunes enfants ce qui était notre cas. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie très bonne. Les plages à proximité. Les propriétaires très aimables sont à notre écoute. Il nous a juste manqué un point d’eau (évier ou douche) en bas pour le retour des plages et le lave-vaisselle qui serait mieux dans la cuisine. Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour avec la chance d’un temps splendide.

Tolles Haus für einen schönen Urlaub

3 Wochen im Juni 2018 mit 2 Personen. Wir haben uns in dem sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten und überaus geräumigen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt - auch bei schlechterem Wetter. In der Küche war alles was wir brauchten. Der Garten ist enorm und für Kinder bestimmt ein toller Spielplatz. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und den Sternenhimmel bewundert - um 1 Uhr gehen die Straßenlampen aus. Vielleicht ist das Bad für 8 Personen etwas klein und vielleicht bekommt man vom angrenzenden Campingplatz in der Hauptsaison mehr mit - aber für uns war es perfekt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und warmherzig und unkompliziert was z.B. die Ankunft und die Abfahrt betraf. In Laufweite gibt es einige kleine, ruhige Badestrände und viele Gelegenheiten für Spaziergänge. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Concarneau und der näheren Umgebung mit wirklich vielen kleinen und großen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Pont-Aven, Quimper, Beg-Meil etc). In Concarneau kann man gut essen und unsere Tipps für Ausflüge sind das Musée de la pêche und das Château de Keriolet in Concarneau. Cher Olivier et famille: Merci beaucoup de nous avoir donné l'occasion de passer un séjour aussi merveilleux! Dieses Haus können wir wirklich empfehlen! Liebe Grüße Sabine und Andreas

Très belle maison à proximité des plages

La maison est idéalement placée à proximité de plusieurs petites plages et dans un quartier calme où l'on peut se promener facilement à pied ou en vélo (prêtés par les propriétaires). Le grand jardin a permis aux enfants de jouer facilement au ballon. La maison est très bien équipée en électroménager (il y a même une console pour les accros des jeux vidéos) et nous avons était très bien accueillis par la mère des propriétaires. Seul petit bémol, il faut bien aérer la maison car elle est assez humide. Bref, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Beautiful house in a stunning location

We have had the most relaxing week staying in the house in Concarneau. The house was very spacious, and extremely clean and well kept. The standard of housekeeping is excellent. It was very well stocked with all equipment that you would need. Such a lovely location so close to the beach. We made use of the bikes every evening cycling around the area exploring all the roads which all seemed to lead to another cove all of which were beautiful. We could not fault the house - what an amazing place. Thank you so much for the wonderful accomodation, we thoroughly enjoyed our week, and could have stayed there for much longer.

Une maison très agréable et très bien située.

La maison est confortable, spacieuse, claire, décorée simplement mais avec goût et très propre. Elle est, de plus, très bien équipée. Le quartier est calme. Les plages sont à deux pas, la région est idéale pour tous ceux qui aiment les promenades à pieds sur les chemins côtiers ou sur les rochers en bord de mer. Les vélos mis à disposition sont de bonne qualité. La ville de Concarneau mérite une visite et les iles de Glénan sont magnifiques. Nous y avons passé deux semaines très agréables ! Merci !
