Bienvenue Ă  Positive Latitude sur Secret Key Cove! Cette fabuleuse maison dispose de 8 chambres - 2 suites principales et 4. 5 salles de bains. Votre bonheur est notre prioritĂ© absolue - nous voulons que nos clients profitent au maximum de leurs vacances. La piscine privĂ©e et le spa offrent une vue magnifique sur l'Ă©tang et la salle de jeux est prĂȘte pour les invitĂ©s de tous Ăąges. En tant que passionnĂ©s de Disney et d’Universal Studios, nous sommes ici pour vous conseiller et vous aider Ă  planifier vos vacances.

Le premier étage comprend un salon spacieux, une cuisine, une salle à manger, une salle de jeux et deux chambres (une suite principale avec baignoire, une douche séparée, un lit king size et une deuxiÚme chambre queen-size située à l'entrée principale). Le deuxiÚme étage a une autre chambre principale avec une salle de bain, une chambre avec deux lits doubles et deux chambres king supplémentaires. En outre, il y a également deux chambres d'enfants décorées (une chambre à thÚme Minion avec deux ensembles de lits superposés et une chambre à thÚme Frozen qui comprend un lit superposé et un lit simple à deux lits. Cette maison peut facilement accueillir un groupe de 20 personnes. Des berceaux sont disponibles.

Cette maison est idéalement située à proximité de Disney World, des Universal Studios et du complexe Margaritaville. Les épiceries et les restaurants sont à quelques minutes.

Bien qu’elle ne se rende pas dans des parcs Ă  thĂšme, la communautĂ© d’Emerald Island est belle et a beaucoup Ă  offrir. Cette maison est situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© du club house principal et des installations (promenade facile). Le club principal propose une piscine centrale, un spa, une aire de jeux, un centre d’affaires, un centre de remise en forme et un bar au bord de la piscine. C'est un endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter du soleil.

We had a great time! House was clean and inviting, and it was just a short drive to Disney parks. Host was great about communication. Love that the resort was gated, seemed like a nice area to be in. Good restraunts nearby.

The house was beautiful! We especially loved the Beauty and the Beast dinner setup on the dining room table and the kids really enjoyed the skeeball and foosball in the Harry Potter themed game room! Lauren was great and addressed any concerns we had right away. We will definitely stay again in the near future!

Excellent villa ideally situated for quick and easy access to the Disney Parks. All the check in process was explained before we got there making it so easy. Great gated community and everything was clean and well maintained throughout. Any questions we had were answered promptly and cannot fault anything to do with the property.Great Wi-Fi available and getting food etc delivered to the home was easy and cheap, all in a great experience was had by all.

Great Place

Very easy to locate. Home was clean and decorated nicely for kids and adults. Pool area clean and nice to have plenty of towels on hand. Had a group of 20 ages 3-70 and everyone was very comfortable. Nice to have a couple bedrooms downstairs and easy assess to laundry area Game room nice for the teens. Entire family of 20 had a great vacation without being cooped up in just a hotel room. Very easy to get around to the parks

Good location and great communication with host. I honestly would not stay again. The host was great and upon arrival we let her know the place wasn’t clean, she immediately had the maid come back. The sheets and dishes were clean, but it seems like that is all that is cleaned between guests’ stays. A couple of the sinks had toothpaste on them from the previous people, the fridge was dirty, the floors were not swept, the couch had chip crumbs, there were empty water bottles on the floor, and the kitchen sink was gross with fruit flies coming from the drain.

Wonderful Stay

Property is as described and shown. Close to Disney parks and Clubhouse came in handy for small needs and food/bar when opened. Getting in/out of security gate was problematic at times but resolved quickly. Property owner has excellent communications. Would stay again!

Best Disney Family Vacation Ever!

Awesome home in a great location! Host was the best we have ever had. Fifteen family members, ages 2 - 68 stayed for a week and visited Disney. Highly recommend this property.

Family Disney Trip

It was a very nice house, quite neighborhood, close and easy to get to the Disney parks. Awesome stay for 16 people. Lots of amenities, can't go wrong with this one. Highly recommend it.

Family Vacay

Our stay at our VRBO home was fantastic. It was exactly what we expected and had everything you needed for a week stay with Family. Always have booked through VRBO and have never had any issues. I would recommend to everyone but also recommend taking the time to read reviews for each property you’re interested in.

Exceeded expectations

We had 18 family members stay here for a week and had a fantastic time. The children loved the themed rooms and the pool. A perfect way to wind down after a day at the attractions. No one wanted to go home! The location is convenient to all the Disney parks and to restaurants and shopping too. Lauren, the owner was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. If you need a place to stay that will accommodate a large group, this is it.

Great Family Rental

We had a large family group with all ages. There was something for everyone! Owner Lauren was quick to respond to all inquires and made a seamless change in our reservation due to COVID. Attention to detail and comfort made for a wonderful trip.

Slice of magic

The house was amazing to stay in. There was great theming throughout the house, comfortable beds and anything you will need is provided. The pool and hot tub were game changers after walking parks all day. The traffic in the area is a lot, but aside from that it was a perfect stay. If we do a big family trip to the area we will try to book again!

Holiday October 2024

The villa was amazing & was perfect for all the family. Everything you could think of was provided it was a home from home. We arrived just after the hurricane which meant our travel plans were changed with various members of the family arriving at different times & our host was in constant contact to ensure our arrival was as smooth as smooth could be. Family vacation

Our huge family enjoyed this spacious vacation home. There were plenty of activities to partake in and the house was themed and decorated nicely. We opted to pay for pool heat and enjoyed a warm pool and toasty hot tub all week. Lots of supplies were provided for kids such as high chairs, strollers, pack and plays, etc. The golf cart was a fun amenity. it was a great week!!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time spending time with our family and friends for my daughter's graduation from UCF. Lauren was super responsive when we had an issue and got it resolved as soon as she could. I would recommend anyone wanting to have a larger family vacation to rent this property. There are plenty of rooms and beds for all the adults and kids. The space is wonderful for celebrating any occasion. The pool and hot tub are just right for adults and kids as well. We will be staying here again if we need a larger space for our family to stay together.

A fantastic stay for all the family

15 of us booked the property for a once in a lifetime family holiday around 18 months before travel. Communication with Lauren was excellent throughout. There was a couple of minor issues but Lauren got them sorted ASAP. The house was great for our family, there were loads of pool towels and equipment for example and the provisions in the pantry and the fridge were much appreciated. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and it was perfect for our family as it wasn't too posh (in a good way) so we weren't stressed about accidents etc. I would highly recommend this house for families looking for a well located large house where you can feel at home. Hope we can make it back one day!
