Our condo is a private, waterfront unit with a boat dock located in Cypress Cove Marina. The condo accommodates eight guests but can & has accommodated up to twelve guests when arrangements are made. The condo has a full kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer, three bedrooms & two baths. An 800 pound ice machine & gas grill are available for our guests to use. A large covered patio as well as a large back deck overlooking the water allows for maximum relaxation while lounging around in one of the many chairs or swings located at the property. Cypress Cove Marina has a fish cleaning station that allows for speedy cleaning of fish or ducks without having to worry about discarding carcasses. Cypress Cove Marina is a full service marina complete with fuel, ice, bait & a restaurant.

About Hunter Joffrion
The Joffrion (Don, Donna & Hunter) family opened Tri-J Lodging to accommodate lodging at Unit 306 A in August, 2014. The Joffrion family members also own & operate Joffrion Construction, Inc & Joffrion Commercial, LLC specializing in residential & commercial construction in the Baton Rouge & surrounding areas in Louisiana. The Joffrions fell in love with the fishing opportunities the Gulf of Mexico had to offer a bought their first condo, Unit 306 B, in the Cypress Cove Townhomes in 2005. Shortly after the purchase of the pre-construction unit, Hurricane Katrina rolled in & destroyed everything in her path. The Joffrions waited two long years for the building to be completed & happily settled into their unit in 2007. It is their hope that every fisherman, family & group of friends can truly experience the beauty of nature & bountiful fishing & hunting adventures Louisiana has to offer. The Joffrion family still owns Unit B & treats it as their home away from home. They hope your stay is an incredible experience of fun, fellowship, hunting & of course fishing.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Venice at this property. Hunter, the owner, was very attentive and accommodating with anything we needed. While this was a fishing trip for 8 guys, it felt more like a resort getaway once we returned after fishing to the condo. Anyone considering a stay in Venice should consider this location. This unit has everything you need
This unit has everything we need for our fishing trip. Private dock, ice, grill, propane cooker.. 2 baths with strong flowing water compare to houseboats in Venice marina. The owners are next door during our stay there so they can assist our need right away.
House was great. Well kept, comfortable, and well stocked with everything. We also enjoyed fishing off dock, grandson caught gar fish. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Homeownners were great to deal with.
This was my first time to Venice. Based upon some of the other properties I had seen, I had expectations of a "fish camp". I was pleasantly surprised to open the door to a very nice condo. The place was very well furnished, clean, and in an excellent location. The stay was excellent and the fishing was amazing. Venice is my new fishing location and I'll be staying in this condo when I visit.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so clean, cute and had everything you could think of. The view is awesome from the deck. Hope we get to come back fishing and stay here again. The owner was real pleasure to deal with also!! Thanks again Hunter!!
Additional information about rental rates
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remainder due 15 days prior to arrival. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If a customer cancels prior to the final payment is due (15 days before their arrival), they then have up to 1 year to reschedule where their original deposit will be applied to their future stay. If a customer has paid in full & cancels inside of the 15 day period prior to their arrival, those dates will have to be filled by another renter in order to retrieve their final payment. Weekend Base Rate is 2 night minimum stay @ $400.00/Night Single Week Night Stay: (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) $450.00/Night Weekly Rate Stay: (Monday-Sunday) $2,275.00/Week Monthly Rate Stay: (Two Month Minimum) $7,500.00/Month A $100.00 cleaning fee is included in these prices. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Please do not arrive before check-in as the cleaning crew needs to complete the cleaning from the previous guests. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please DEPART BY THIS TIME so cleaning can be completed for the next guests. If you stay past check-out, you could be responsible for a minimum fee of $150.00 to $250.00.
