11 bedrooms private pool Villa includes Driver, Chef and maids

we have 11 bedrooms
The listed price is good for up to 20 people. we charge PHP 1,000 per person for extra people.
we include a chef and 3 maids. they will go shopping and just give you receipts for the ingredients. we include a full time van and driver which can hold 16 people, but it is only a small island, so it is easy to make 2 trips or just rent a second van when needed.
PARTIES and EVENTS
we have done many birthday and wedding cocktail parties for up to 70 people but please ask in advance or this will not be allowed.
generally we have a cover charge of PHP 300 per person over the amount of guests staying in the villa.

This is a brand new home, with 11 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms and 5 full time staff.
we have tried our best to think of everything, but if we have forgotten something, please let us know and we will try our best to arrange for you.
the pictures of the house speak for themselves, but it is our staff and service that will truly give you a memorable vacation.
there is a large 20 meter infinity swimming pool with spectacular views of the island and 6 person heated Jacuzzi.
there is a billiard table, large dining table for 14 people, fully equipped kitchen and large BBQ.
the living room has a 60 inch TV and also a projector screen for watching movies.we also keep a selection of board games.
there is a music system with speakers throughout the whole downstairs area . we have a selection of music, or bring your own. any device that has a standard jack plug / headphone socket will work.
we have WiFi in all bedrooms and living room. it usually works fine, but this is a small island and can sometimes have problems. we have a second internet provider that we can use as a back up.

the house is located in a quiet residential area, it is just a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 15 minute drive to the main area of bars and restaurants at station 1.
the staff can also book restaurants or activities for you, just let them know and they will be happy to help.
we keep a large selection of basic food,tea, coffee, milk wine, beer, soft drinks etc. which you can order from us at cost, or else you can go to the mall and do your own shopping with the help of the staff if required.
we also have a 24 hr back up generator in case of power outages.
if you have any specific requests of things you would like us to provide on arrival, then please just send us a list and we will do our best

there is 1 room king bed on the ground pool level
3 rooms with one king bed on 1st floor
2 rooms with 2 double beds also on 1st floor
master bedroom has 1 king bed on 2nd / top floor
on the level below the pool there is 1 bedroom with king bed.
*** all the above have balcony and ocean view.

also on the floor below the pool
1 room has 1 king bed . and just 1 small window
1 room has 2 double beds but there are no windows .
1 small room has 1 double bed and no windows and no real closet space. this room is best for kids.

*** All rooms have en suite bathroom , air con, 40" TV ,en suite bathrooms with towels, soap, shampoo,hairdryer.
