This magnificent Colorado vacation retreat is situated on the pristine banks of the Pinon Lake Reservoir on 18,000 acres just west of Pagosa Springs. With the famed Rocky Mountains as the backdrop, this is a year-round destination with winter skiing, summer golf, lakeside fishing, horseback riding and hiking.



The property features tastefully updated guest rooms and spacious vacation townhomes, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including full or partial kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, private balcony and cozy fireplaces in select rooms. You will find the rooms to be very relaxing and accommodating to interact with all your guests in a warm and friendly environment. When not outdoors creating memories together, you can enjoy some time in the suite creating more of those memories you will treasure.



Ample environment for all those who love the outdoors and sceninc views. There will be no difficulty connecting with nature and getting lost in its beauty. From land and sea activities, you and your guests will have many activities to choose from in a serene landscape that will surely be a destination to return to.



The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. Housekeeping was lacking

My unit was lovely, spacious and quiet. However, as I was unpacking, I noticed breadcrumbs that hadn't been cleaned up on the counter. The coffee maker had moisture in the filter area and lid - and the bottom of the carafe had 1/2" of residue water. It smelled strongly of coffee - as if it had been rinsed carelessly but not actually cleaned... The living room end table had a remnant left from a sticky beverage, and the carpet in the bedroom was in need of a vacuum. The trash can was left on top of the toilet, and I found a long hair in the tub. The lack of cleanliness was disconcerting, and definitely off set the enjoyment of my experience.

Condo was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The charcoal bbq grills are set throughout the complex, so you have to walk a little ways from your condo to use them. Reaort also has a variety of activities available each day. Overall a very nice stay

They were able to check us in early, the property was clean and spacious. Parking was right out side the unit so unloading and loading the car was easy! The kitchen was well stocked and dishes and utensils were in great shape. The only complaint would be the trash bags they provided were thin and ripped open on the way to the dumpster. We stayed two extra night and enjoyed our stay!

Condo was nice and location is cool next to the lake. The only 2 things I could gripe about were the overall cleanliness and the slow check in process. Floors were dirty, countertops had sticky spots and there was a pillow on my bed that stunk like feet. The check in process took about 30 minutes and involved standing in 2 lines. Other than that the place was great. They even brought me a space heater when the heat in the master bedroom didn't work.
